Floor's Arms!! | Nightwish - Nemo (Wacken 2013) | REACTION 

When I first listened to this some time ago, there was something that I couldn't let go. "Touch me with your love, and reveal to me my true name." .. What was the name she was looking for? Her name wasn't Nemo?. So, I looked it up. Nemo isn't a name. Its a word of Latin origin. It literally means "'nobody". That hit me. How many of us exists in the eyes of others who look right through us. No care. No feelings... No love... It changed the entire meaning of the song that Im certain more than a few people can relate to. Touch me with your love and reveal to me my true name.. Mother. Father. Sister Brother... Friend, .. Lover? Everyone hopes they matter to someone. Loneliness can kill, You may already know this but i didn't, so this is me sharing.

One of my favorite moments from this entire concert is during this song. During the song theres a scene where you see Tuomas with his eyes closed with the biggest smile on his face listening to Floor sing.

there is no getting over Floor bud. there is no known cure. Once she's woven her spell around you, you are finished. Enjoy the ride.

Looking at those GUNS on Floor reminds me that she said that despite her success on the show Beste Zangers Nightwish couldn't get rid of her if they tried!!! I LMAO thinking who in Nightwish would have the %$&%# to tell Floor "YOUR FIRED"!!! I feel you Brother. Floor is really something else. She was born to perform and I just admire her for her dedication and talent. The band makes it even better, they are all top notch musically and seem like very likable dudes on top of that.

I love this woman too ....... Floor transmits that positive energy, that special energy that makes her shine, she is in those moments of life, which is where she wants to be, which is how she wants to be, which is her moment and she transmits it to others almost like a star that guides you without realizing it.

Both Tuomas and Floor have said that they are "high sensitives". They are in fact empaths, and that is not an easy existence for anyone so cursed and blessed. You feel the best and the worst of everything/everyone unless you develop a strong enough filter to simply allow you to get from one day to the next. Now Floor - Floor is a world-class, high function, full duplex empath. THAT's how she sings her self, her heart and her soul right into ours, and she does it whether it's a live performance or not. This is her super power. The audience is hers every time she performs. If she does not make you cry, if she does not give you chills and goosebumps, then you have no soul. Floor and Nightwish light you up in the best possible way. Few others do, and it's obvious.

I saw a 2019 interview with Floor where she says when Nightwish is on break, she spends most of her time outdoors with her 2 year old daughter, working and playing with the horses on her farm which I believe is in Sweden rather than the Netherlands. I think her husband is from Sweden. If you watch Floor's 2019 Beste Zangers performance of "Shallow" her arms are amazing. Think you better hit the gym pretty hard for several years if you hope to attract Floor's attention.

I know this Wacken concert is one of their best but you need to see some songs from their other live shows. I recommend Devil and the Deep Dark Ocean (Wacken 2018)

Hi . I watched an interview with Floor and Thomas she said she liked to work out. On Beste Zangers when she sang that Spanish song I noticed her arms you should go back and check it out. She is physically intimidating and has great stage presence. In the song she sings with Tarja called these hills? You can see her thigh muscle.

This is the only nightwish song that I'm torn about. I love both Tarja an Floor's version. Love Tarja version, it was the first song I ever heard from nightwish. I love Floors version, gives it the emotional an power it deserved.

When I first saw this video, I had the same reaction as you. I was thinking Floor could start at strong safety for my Chicago Bears! Besides her magnificent voice, she controls the crowd with her eyes, hands, and the way she moves on stage. I played drums for over 60 years (I am 70 now and retired from it) And I agree that Jukka is fantastic. He is a very flashy drummer.

This was actually one of the first songs (along with Elvenpath and Wishmaker) I heard of Nightwish (back in the Tarja days). So it was awesome to listen to Floor singing this icnic song for me :3 3:54 That smile and those vocals and her having so much fun at 5:52 .> That's often not healthy, and I do not only mean physical health, I mean psychological health and representation for women around the world. I work out too, esspecially started these Corona times because I like it a d I already see some results but my bodytype is not the same as Floors. She gets strong very quickly she said in an interview. It takes longer for me and my anatomy being naturally sleek xD

The major part of the music is simply epic metal, but with that bit of extra containing flutes, chanting, and whatever more they use combined with here beautiful soprano/operatic voice it all just fits perfectly. Nightwish truly is an one of a kind band, whereas most popular bands (mostly hip hop/pop stuff) use decoration and tricks quite often to make it a show Nightwish do make use of lighting, and fire not to make the performance a show, but to complement the instrumental, and vocal part of the band which alone already is enough to make it an excellent show. That's what I love about Nightwish. They don't necessarily need additional effects to make the performance good. Sorry if I'm repeating a lot, Nightwish just makes me lose my mind on top of the fact that English isn't my native language making it tough to write a proper text.

Again, I gotta say, the "live" stuff is a much better listen than their "studio" material. It's more edgy and has a nice "crunch" to it. Usually, it's the other way around with most bands and artists. Whoever their "sound guy, or woman" is for the live shows is worth their weight in gold. I've been to close to two hundred live shows and concerts during my lifetime, so I kinda know what I'm talking about. Pay em whatever they want and chalk it up to doin business... they're really good.
