Arletta leads you through a fun combination of a slides! Learn and try this combo along with Paige + Jesus while you work on coordination, weight transfers, and spongy movement quality.
There are many names for these movements! Slides are seen in breaking, pole dance, contemporary styles, and more. We use vocabulary that was taught to us in order to facilitate teaching longer sequences of movement more succinctly.
