Very nice floor plan and great backyard. Kitchen is small and doesn’t have enough prep space. Not crazy about brick veneer on the walls, don’t usually age well and is taste specific. Other than that, a great home.
I use to live in Morrison ranch I grew up there for 15 years and moved due to high traffic very busy now not worth living there lots of accidents happen every day not worth it
Ehhh. they have a sheet that tells you what the upgrades are and designer features. Definitely a big difference between a model home and what you get "bare bones." I wouldn't say deceptive, but definitely disappointing when you learn about the costs of these upgrades.
