Tb is always special. Looking for property in Calabria. Italy is special. I probably would have fallen flat on my face getting over that fence, kerrrr splat. The staircase bothers me somehow. Would have loved to have seen a transition between the narrow and wide parts. All in all, like wow. Still like the small model the best.

One day I might retire in Italy, I’m looking to buy a property in my home town Brindisi now that prices are depressed. Good luck finding one, it is a way different process than buying a home here. Your best option is going cash.

@@jackgraham1687 ahh the heel of italy. Had to look it up. Very gorgeous area. And, yes, southern italy along the boot, the prices are depressed. I could do cash for a couple of those properties.

Like the location and the mountain views. I was a little disappointed with the size of the bedrooms. The bar area in kitchen should be moved to the enclosed den. I'm not one for all the wood beams on ceilings. To me, it makes the room seem smaller. I think that I would cut down on a few of the options. Would I be correct to say that the stair railings are an option vs the pony wall it most likeky comes with? Thanks Jack
