I have faith in Webb, Baugh, Daniels, and Carrol(if healthy). But I expect some or more running packages for Lagway. We have a good RB group but losing Montrell hurts because he was the whole package. His patience, pass blocking, and vision will be heavily missed.

This might be bn last season ain't looking good coming out of the gates . He should have hired a oc to save his job and win this season that would save his job . We do have the toughest schedule this season but I am tired of the excuses of why we are not winning games it's time for this team to play some real florida ball I want to see this team win .

Got my knee scoped for a torn meniscus. Was cleared to play football in 3 weeks 6 days without a full time therapy team so hopefully a quick recovery

Yes, I heard some can recover in 2 weeks. I'd assume with football you'd want to be a little more cautious.

You don’t think it’s a negative that a guy who’s a senior who’s averaged 5 plus yards a carry the last two years and has the only meaningful snaps in the rb room on offense , is now hurt ? Then you live in an alternate reality . There’s more to being a rb than running the ball . He was also Floridas best back catching the ball out of the backfield and pass blocking back…..

Yeah you have to have some faith in our runnings backs no matter the situation. At least produce some kind of running game to help Mertz develop a better passing game. Tre Wilson is great I hope he has a fantastic season. But is seems banking on him too much. Elijah Badger. Went out and got him he needs to be a threat, mizell needs to step up. Chem as well. I know I’m probably forgetting someone not to mention a tight end. Everyone got to step up this year . We got to become one. We are the Gators brother!!

typical overreacting. If there is one area they have good depth it's at RB. Webb is more than capable of doing what Johnson would do and Baugh is a beast.

I saw a ton of people commenting on ETN’s pass blocking the entire time he was with Florida. Usually those comments came up when people said ETN should be given the ball more. Personally I don’t think many people would be talking about him at all if it wasn’t for his brother. Just my opinion

Don't agree that Etienne blocking wasn't talked about before he transferred. There were a ton of articles all over tge place that his time was limited because of that. Napier never throws people under tge bus - good fof him. However, Smart even commented tgat Etienne's blocking was getting better - the fact he even commented on that proves it was a problem at Florida! The first time Beck gets creamed on a missed block we'll see the Bulldog nation go nuts.

@@GatorsBreakdown- Maybe ramped up, but it was an issue! And I think just watching the Georgia game last year bears tgat out. When Etienne was in the game, tgey brought extra men. As a matter of fact, Napier has a gambling personality, look no further than his 4th down call in Gator territory. Etienne was in the game, so Georgia knew it wasn't going to be a pass and blew up that play before it got started by basically sending everyone to stop Etienne. If Johnson is in the game, they don't know if its a run or pass. Good show David - enjoy your podcast over all the other's.

Babe Dave, Florida used scripted, plays in the first quarter and most of the ball games.If not all take note we will winning these ball games.We lost with the scripted plays in the first quarter.Why don't we go scripted the whole game?Maybe we wouldn't lose

@@rickh8275 It’s based on a game plan of what the defense usually shows and you practice those plays over and over to take advantage. Can’t script an entire game because of defensive adjustments.
