We can't attend the Florida RV Supershow in Tampa because it falls at the start of our 2nd semester of school so this year we sent Angee and Kevin Cozik, the owners of Happy Acres Campground in Angola, Indiana, in our place to serve as Travels with Delaney Correspondents. Hi, we bought 2022 brand new rv trailer on Jan.16, we found the battery can only charge up to 55%; the mattress is not comfortable, but the big problem of the mattress is that there is plenty of tiny shining stuff on the material, we just tear open the plastic packaging of the mattress and lay down on it and want to try if it’s comfortable, oh my gosh! Plenty of shining stuff stick to our clothes every where, and it’s very hard to remove and wash off, we tried to vacuum the mattress but failed, there are so many shining stuff which looks like glass fiber , and the cover material is not elastic, we pressed hard with hand and it broke , have you experienced the same problem before? We’ve contact with the customer service and waiting for their response.
