Well he might be an actual Doctor but that doesn't mean he doesn't know medicine or the field he was portraying himself as. I know plenty of nurse's and healthcare official's who aren't doctors but have more knowledge than them. He very well know the scope of practice. It's out there if you're willing to study it on your own.

12 YEARS ?! When I was 6 I wanted to be a doctor I had the toy kit and the coat but I changed my mind because I didnt have good grades. I have a 3.1 GPA I need a near 4.0 GPA to even enter Medical School. Thank god I decided to be a teacher.
The Road to Cosplay and Comic Con Medical school takes 4 years to graduate, but that doesn’t mean that it takes 4 years to become a doctor. To get into med school a 4 year bachelor degree is required. That’s already 8 years! After you get through med school, you are technically a doctor but you cannot practice independently. The next step is residency. This is on-the-job training for future physicians that takes 3-7 years to get through. After residency a physician can choose to practice medicine or enter a fellowship, which is essentially more training. So in total 11-15 years to become a doctor! Crazy huh?

It’s the extracurriculars, trends, and grades that they look at. There is other ways to impress med schools. Teaching is a great job also! Teachers are what shape the next generation. Here's a no brainer: There's no way ever an 18-year-old would have a Ph.D., let alone a medical license. You'd have to friking start studying at the age of 11 or 12. I have two twin cousins who spent 8 years before getting a medical license. Now they're 26 and don't even have a Ph.D. yet.
