I laughed at Granite feeding Forest while he’s in the sand very funny.😅 I realise the kids are changing, Granite looking handsome, Cedar getting prettier & Forest the cutie 🥰
I found out about your channel like a year ago and fell in love instantly. Now you're already on to a new chapter of your adventure. Time flies 😄 Best of luck for your decision to be a full time youtuber, guys
Thank you Cedar for donating your beautiful hair to kids that lost theirs . My little boy lost his three times due to his chemo . You are a hero in my eyes for being so generous .❤ Have a safe trip and enjoy yourselves . Love from a mama in Ohio .

Ceder looks older so cute😊 also I got to say what positive and happy proactive parents you are, that you are raising the best children ever!! Love your trip videos!!
very eager to view the upcoming videos of your journey from florida to alaska. have a safe and blissful journey with your lovely family Mr Johnathan. lots of love and best wishes to kids.
Excited to follow along on this new journey of yours. I enjoyed the videos from awhile back of you setting up your Alaska house and it will be fun to eventually see you back there this year. Noticed the new haircuts right away and they look great.
Love the Keys… this is such a wonderful adventure! My daughter was homeschooled and we both learned so much at parks and adventures… we did a lot of research and history learning before we would go to new places… pretty cool to have understanding of places before you go. Really made the appreciation of what you’re experiencing. And then there was times we just enjoyed a new experience. Great to see family’s likes ours
Love the haircuts Cedar and Kelly especially for the summer heat! I just came back from Florida as well and visited the Everglades! So happy to see y’all the ride especially Forest when he didn’t want to go at first 😅. Hopefully y’all are able to cure your Asian food cravings along the roadtrip!
so excited to see the rest of the trip to Alaska. I take it that despite being retired teachers, you guys are my online teachers in US geography and places. heheeheh.
Hey, Tom! We are moving back to Alaska. Would love to meet up for coffee or pizza one day. Congratulations on your marriage 🎉 So happy for both of you. Let’s keep in touch 🙌
So excited for this Road Trip Series! Everyone has sharp looking haircuts! It’s great to see all the interesting places to visit in the U.S., for people like me who may not be able to travel internationally that often! Great video!
When you come to Traverse City be sure to head into Leelanau County and visit the Stocking Scenic Drive and the Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes near Glen Haven…the drive is absolutely beautiful! Also…be sure to dip your toes in Grand Traverse Bay and Lake Michigan.
@@BagsPackedFamily I have lived in Traverse City for 52 years (I’m retired but I worked as a high school secretary here for over 25 years)…if you have any questions about the area please feel free to ask! Enjoy your journey!
So close yet so far. Still in Louisiana here. Wish we were on your journey. ❤. Great video. Catching up on your journey. As always wishing you all safe travels.
This will be fun. You all look awesome and ready for an amazing trip. I've watched several RU-vid channel trips to Whitehorse, Prudhoe Bay ( Truck House Life and Living The Van Life) its quite a challenging road. They did it in winter though.
Thank You for sharing your journey!! I am seeing a part of the USA that I have never seen before. Love the short haircuts- Cedar that’s awesome for helping a child in need. 💜👋🏻
Oh wow I haven't seen you guys since India last year early on. The little one is now just walking on his own and your daughter cut her hair short. I'm an English language teacher and have been for 26 years. can't retire just yet but I wish I could. Congrats on being able to retire and enjoy the kids growing up and travel at the same time without having to work for someone except for RU-vid. Forrest is so cool. Cedar always loveable and Granite just a great talker. Kelly is still a vegetarian I take. I was in Key West back in the summer of 93'. Nice stuff Johnathan.
You guys are too cute I could tell when you went to fruit stand it was like home. Sadly the US isn’t common like this but during the summer you can find them. Next time try those “tunas” they are SO GOOD!
Fantastic vlog guys, full off great content. Loved watching Kelly and the kids on the beach. Took me back to my memories of visiting California.😃 Cedar made me chuckle " oh look someone surfing "....." well kind of " 😂
Awesome video! So exciting to watch the kids slowly getting into the American way of life. Loving those Cubano coffees and sandwiches. And the visit to Kennedy Space Center was amazing. Can't wait for the next videos! Have fun and safe travels!
Alright first US trip video loves the dipping feet in the beach ceremony hahahaha...and Forest looks awesome in his Indonesian Jersey...yea Forest!! Cetar, love your new haircut! Looks awesome. Granite. I hope you can find Indomie easily there in the US.
@@BagsPackedFamily great start indeed, im having a good time watching this, cant wait tp see how the Kids gonna be in the future,im sure they will have a great personalities and brings Indonesia everywhere they go...
Great video as always! Excited for this new chapter in the Bags Packed Family journey. Just as a feedback, I wished you lingered on the places you went to. Some parts felt more like a montage, and I like it better when you "take your time", since it feels like you bring us along with you. Still, thanks for a fun time and I look forward to more! 😍
Thanks for the feedback. It’s a slightly different film style filming 1 video per state. Once we settle in Alaska, it will be more of our usual filming.
I went to key west in 1997. It was a stop on a cruise for my honeymoon. We went to the Hemingway house and the Mel Fisher museum. It was fun. Every time we go to Florida my husband has to have a Cuban sandwich. He has a Cuban uncle and that was how he was introduced to them as a kid. 😊
Tha Cuban coffee down here in South Florida is called “Cafecito”. We have it often where I work because we have a Cuban man in the office who makes it perfectly!
😂😂😂, I immediately laughed when I saw Forest, who was not wearing clothes, sitting on the beach sand 😂, With the hot heat from the sun I'm sure his body was sweaty and smelly 😂
I started watching your video about couple of months ago. Im very impressed with your traveling skills, love all the video. Like to ask you since you guys traveling so many places. Had you guys ever encounter any bad incident like (pick pocket, arguing etc...). Thank You! Best of luck?
Overall, We've been very fortunate in all of our travels. I did have some stomach issues the last time we were in India, but that was only once in our nine years of living overseas.
