I like the idea of pre-cutting floss for travel, too. I enjoy using bright fabrics too. You are too right when you talk about how our fabric dreams get broken now and then. Safe travels!

I totally agree with you that if everyone is doing a pattern on the same coloured fabric, then I want to do it on something different, unless I totally love the called for fabric (which is rarely the case). Good luck with the tattoo. Hope all goes well. We seem to chose our fabric the same way. I want something my design pops on and if that's not possible, then I'll be finding a matte color to make it pop.
Good morning, I am watching this on as I get in my morning stitching session. Thank you for keeping me company. I loved your bit about do what you want as there are no Stitch police 😂 I groan everytime I hear someone who kits up a Mirabilia on the called for fabric as usually the model is stitched on the worst choice as it is a colour that Wilchet just want to get rid of and the poor model stitcher has no say.
