Flosstube #1 - showing some of my finishes and a full WIP parade. If you have any questions, please leave a comment and I'll answer! Join me on Instagram: at apple.harvest.stitching I'd love to see what you're working on!
I absolutely love Helen D! She is my go to gal. I've watched every one of her floss tubes, tutorials. If she's made it, I've watched it. 🤣 Vonna Pfeiffer is another good one as far as doing FFOs. She had a business doing that sort of thing for people. Her and Helen are very creative, and Helen has got a way in teaching. Look forward to seeing more from your channel. Like you, I stitch and give as gifts. I think I have maybe two I only have kept and I've been stitching on and off for about 40 yrs (I'm 55). My neighbor was the influencer. She has won awards at the state fair. She was something. 🤣 Happy stitching! Kathy in Nevada
Thank you so much for watching! I marvel at finishers like Helen and Vonna, their finishes always look so pristine. I'll take inspiration from them always! ❤️
Congratulations on obtaining your Masters Degree. That is quite an accomplishment! My condolences on the loss of your mom. Cancer is cruel and leaves so many of us in its vicious wake, but I am happy to see you still enjoying your stitching.
Welcome to Flosstube! Hello Winter is so pretty! I just ordered some Vintage Stormy Night and I'm looking forward to using it. Gypsy Queen is stunning. Not only is the In the Garden piece beautiful, but so is the story, I can understand why it means so much to you. Lastly, the focus piece full coverage - I'm in awe. I started my first full coverage - "Woman in a Field with Flowers" and I'm on page 7 of about 75. Looking forward to you next video!.
OMG your full coverage pieces are amazing! I loved each one of them! I am working up my courage to start my first one. I would love tips on how you store and organize so many projects! Congrats on your degree... that's an amazing accomplishment! And thank you for sharing how stitching helped with the loss of your Mom...it's a perfect mourning project!
Thank you so much, Kathy! I'm not the best with organization - I keep my projects in a Dresser, with different categories of projects in different drawers haha. Thank you so much for watching l! ❤️
Hello I live about 20 minutes away from Attic Needleworks. In Ahwatukee. I thoroughly enjoyed waiting your wips. I especially like your Halloween WIPS. Maybe I will see you at the attic sometimes I go on Saturday and stitch with some of the other ladies to socialize what I love to do. I will look forward to your next FlossTube🎉.
Oh how wonderful! I've been trying to get up the nerve to sit and stitch on a Saturday at the Attic, I just haven't yet. Thank you so much for watching! ❤️
Hi. I really enjoyed your video. I recently lost my dear husband and I know stitching can be a great comfort. Your pieces are phenomenal I love them. Looking forward to watching next video. Take care
Glad you came back! Loved your stuff! Absolutely in awe! Interesting to see something different Wish I was more experienced as there’s some of yours I would love to try! So sorry your Mum lost her fight My Mum lost her fight to cancer & the first couple of years were hard Going through all those first birthday holidays Christmas etc without her was really hard I think without having my daughter to look after it would have difficult to cope It’s funny the things that give us comfort, I kept a lighter of my Mum’s for years! The irony is not only do I not smoke but the lighter didn’t work! Although my Mum has been gone for over 30 years we still miss her but our hearts are lighter I look forward to seeing your progress through your floss tubes
Hi Hun. Really enjoyed seeing all yr beautiful projects. I lost both my parents over 20 years ago and also my partner. Stitching keeps me sane. Looking forward to your next video. Xx
I’m kind of a newer stitcher and I’m getting back into it after taking some time away. I’m actually just right this moment looking through my stash to find a project to work on! My last work was a Practical Magic sampler
Earthbound !! Im so amazed when anyone knows that game ! I can hear the noises right when you said it 😂😂 Also .. dont worry about wips. The best thing about wips is they will ALWAYS be waiting ❤
I thoroughly enjoyed your WIP parade! We have quite similar tastes! Your full coverages are beautiful. I have quite a lot of full coverages on the go and keep starting more! I lost both of my parents to cancer, so I understand the difficult journey you're going through. Sending positive healing vibes your way. 🖤🖤
Thank you for your video! Welcome back. I enjoyed seeing all your finishes, and WIPS, and I look forward to seeing your progress. Take care and happy stitching!
Welcome to FlossTube. Nice job with your first video, and lovely finishes and WIPs to boot. I too cross-stitched on a Blackbird ("Tis the Season") and a Jean Farish Needlework pattern ("America, Land That We Love") from 2019 thru 2021 when my siblings and I were helping our Mother thru her battle with cancer. I fully finished both pieces late last year. They will forever hold sad, sweet and surprisingly happy memories of my Mom's last months as well as our global crisis at the height of COVID-19. I look forward to future content on your channel. Currently stitching on several projects with "Gypsy Queen" as one of my focus WIPs.
Wow! What an artist you are. You're my new favorite Floss Tuber! Can't wait to see more of your beautiful work, it's just stunning! Happy Stitching, Kari StClair -Springfield. Missouri
Hi, my name is Jodi and I go by the prairie stitcher.on floss tube and am also doing witching hour in the ornament version on 14 count and I am about 3000 sts from being done.
I looked up Hugin Munin and it's awesome! Lots of fun aspects to stitch, i think the two ghosts are my favorite haha. Thank you so much for watching ❤️
I really enjoyed seeing all of your projects. I especially love all the full coverage ones. But I’m just like you in that I have both. But I’m more into the full coverage right now. I also don’t like being obligated to do something.
@@debstitches I am at almost 50% on Four Seasons by Jacek Yerka (HAED). And I have multiple Aimee Stewart’s started (my favorite HAED artist) and just started on Thomas Kincade, plus a few others 😂
