Fantastic first flosstube! You and I are kindred spirits! Same loves, same viewing habits, same music taste-although I do still manage to get in a fair amount of “reading” by doing audio books. Thank goodness for audio books and podcasts, because reading and true crime are probably the only things that could have stolen my time away from stitchy things. I am also a new flosstuber and it is a bit daunting. I’m really looking forward to watching another newbie’s channel. Darlene here. I wish I had half your energy, gosh. I loved seeing your work, your color choices are beautiful, as are your pieces. (I cannot do light colors on light fabric, I need contrast to be able to see! Same with darks. Midrange and brights are my go to.) I laughed when you pulled up Pandemic....that you stitched during the Pandemic. I know Long Dogs on sight, admire them, aren't going to do any, give kudos to those who do.
Enthusiasm is definitely a good word to define you. It's so funny, I randomly though of you the other day and YT put you in my recomendeds. (I used to be subscribed for the polish content, though I don't watch any polish stuff anymore.) Those are some fantastic finishes. And I thought it was kind of neat that you'd done something as a kid and then picked it back up years and years later. That reminds me of my sister (who is the same age you are) who asked me to reteach her a couple of months ago to stitch so she could stitch something for her bridesmaids. I'm looking forward to more flosstubes. :) Don't worry about having many starts and WIPs if they're not causing you anxiety. I consistently stay around 100+ WIPs (currently, my spreadsheet says 103). I just started another one today, though the fabric has not been cooperating with me on that.

I just subscribed tonight. I enjoyed seeing your stitching…..you do a beautiful job from what I can tell. I loved your fruits of ????? ( can’t remember the name) SAL. You are just right on. Look up Flosstube ChrisXross stitch. He is doing that same Sal this year also. (he did say it was last years sal) and his is in blues, I believe. He is good. Your pandemic is amazing, and I’ve never seen anybody that has theirs totally completed. I will be interested in your other talents also……I just adore embroidering. I’m 71 now, and won’t ever be able to complete all the projects that I want to. No e glad you are young. I’ve been embroidering since about 5-7 years old. I just can’t go a day w/ out either crossstich or embroidery. You seem real happy…..a little hyper, but I look forward to your next video. I’m more the quiet type.

I didn't notice anything bad about your audio! You are such FUN to watch and listen to! I have Pandemic waiting in the wings and initially thought I would do it monochrome but your colors are so gorgeous I may have to rethink that. Hello I’m stuck between wanting to be your best friend and wanting to be you when I grow up (I’m 25, I’m still growing!) Your pandemic and linen and threads pieces killed me, they are so good. I need you to be my color consultant because I love all your color changes and we both have the same favorite color soooo. Also I have the Bird Crush 1 pattern of the Steller’s Jay that I’m done with if you want it! It’s gently used, like maybe a bent corner or something but I never wrote on it so the pattern itself is in perfect shape.

I'm looking at all of your projects and laughing because I only do one project at a time. I do counted cross stitch samplers.... Ive done them for years, and find them so relaxing to work on, and I love looking at them in every room of my house. Your work is beautiful, but I'm not surprised; you are one talented young woman! This is so cool! I have been a cross stitcher for about 30 years, I was an original polish watcher on your channel and am also an avid flosstube watcher, how cool that you're still here and doing this! I am kitting up the Alpine Garden to start next year, although I am doing the original. There is an online shop in Italy that has Sierra Haze in stock, it's called Casa Cenina (I live in Germany and don't have an LNS and buy there often), I'm not sure what their shipping costs would be, but you could check them out.

I'm so glad you're back! I also transitioned from nails to cross stitch around the same time as you, but all of your projects put my small pile to shame! I've really been wanting to start The Steady Thread SAL, but can't figure out colors to save my life. Teach me your ways! Also, holy guacamole, that Middle-Earth map! I've also been scouring the internet for a pattern, but I can't imagine going rogue and figuring out how to embroider it myself. I'll just have to wait until someone comes out with a good pattern. It seems like we have very similar tastes, but mine run a little more on the darker side to your beautiful brights. Looking forward to seeing what else you're working on and what you do next!

Currently on my nails, Sabrina the Teenage Witch, by Vanessa Molina from Feb Polish pickup! A thermal blurple base with a bright teal flash when cold and to white with an earth green when warm! So pretty! Currently on (one of my hoops) a fantastic skelator live love laugh pun!
