Hello! Your flosstube was a recommendation while I was watching one of my subscriptions. I love how you are real and keep it real; you are funny. LOVE, love your tuxedo; he looks like a troublemaker. We have a tuxedo named Minnie who loves scritches and who loves to go on any surface, especially when she's fly hunting. I really like the way you stitched those Cottage Garden Samplings together. Most stitchers stitch them separately. It's so striking the way yours have presented themselves.

You have many WIPs of patterns I want to start and I added a few more while watching. Loved seeing all your project bags and fabric as well, as a fellow cat aficionado I enjoyed your guest appearance but my cats also love to wreak havoc when they appear during filming.

I wasn't stitching at the time,but you got me through untangling a Ball of yarn for my Daughters Boss's Crochet Blanket that I've been making for her....everytime i got frustrated with a tangle, you would say, Heres another "Flitter and Fart" project. 😂🤣😂...ive been known to flitter and fart about with projects myself. Welcome to FlossTube. I enjoyed your first VLOG; looking forward to many more!!! I am a cat & purple person; currently am fostering a 15 year old black cat that belongs to my 30 something nephew. Hoodo (with Stage 3 CKD: chronic kidney disease) acting much like a 4 year old who really does know right from wrong & tests me to see if I will say "Stop" or not...especially when she is s-l-o-w-ly pushing items off of my nightstand, such as glasses case, water bottle with a straw, the floor fan remote, my hair clips, bobbi pins...yep, anything that looks like it may be fun to watch fall & bug me @ the same time.. She stands on the half width "cardboard" table with 1 X-stitch project on it in my stitching corner & sticks her head between my eyes & the lighted magnifier...then she waits... about 1 minute for me to stop, turn off the lamp & move it & position myself for her to stand on my chest, turning on her loud purring (music) , thinking about which position in which she will lie down...oh... for about 5 minutes. Personally I have always thought the black fur in my stitches & quilting was God's bonus texture, & of course, free fiber with my food! (Retired RN). Lots of fun for me to see the WIP's. The # is similar to my collection. I am going through mine to put in an order to start after I get one finished. I have a similar collection of Quilt patterns, many kitted (with Fabrics) & have been organizing them, also. I find I get excited, all over again, to get started on a "new" old pattern...some from the 1990's. Thanks for having them organized & especially sharing with us how you manage to stitch on some of many projects!!! A Sisterhood in style!!! Great job, Lindsey! From Northern California, for now.

I’m so in love with him. 🥰🐈‍⬛ Have you seen the Oz stuff that Brooke Nolan of Brooke’s Books (Etsy) has done? I’m planning on doing the Wizard for a friend. My baseball team are the SF Giants, and I’m bummed they didn’t advance. Can you please tell me why you prefer Anchor black to DMC 310? Though I’ve been stitching for decades, I’ve never used Anchor because they are pricier than DMC, and used to be harder to find. TIA! ❤❤❤

What a lovely first episode!! I’m new to highly variegated flosses. What do you mean by strategic about your stitching? Or anyone else who may know. Your colors seem to stay very well grouped and not all mixed together. Do you stitch both legs of a cross then move to the next cross instead of stitching one leg for a whole row and going back for the other leg? No idea if this question made sense outside of my head!!

What count fabric are you doing for the animal series - cabin in the woods? I love that you put them side by side! Maybe that’s how they’re supposed to be, but I had no clue haha, I love it

Went back after your craft tour and rewatched this. Love most all but love the gathering birds some day i will get them! Maybe i will get to closest store, Moncton, but then I want to spend my money on fabric when i can see them. Lol

Sooooo glad I found you🎉🥳 P.S. We loveeeee a long video……🥰 In regards to ALL of your wips, I can honestly say that 98% of them are my style and I own and/or love! I have several questions: Do you get your hand dyed linens at a local LNS, or are you just super lucky with the cuts you get from online shopping? I prefer my local LNS, however, it’s almost 2 hours away…..shopping online is a tad intimidating due to not knowing exactly what “cut” you are getting. Did you say you stitch 2 threads over 2 on your 36 count linens? I like “puffy” too, but never tried 2 over 2 on 36 count……perhaps I should try. Unfortunately/fortunately - lol - YOU have enabled me to purchase the 4 wacky ladies from Carriage House Sampling’s 🥰 I could only find 4…..is that all you have or do I need to search farther for others? This longggggggg response is what you get for a fabulous long video 🥳⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've just found your channel and I'm looking forward to watching your videos and your progress on your stitching. It's always great to find fellow Canadian flosstubers. My cross stitch wips are very eclectic as well. I'm a big Blue Jays fan too, my son has participated in the Jays Cares Challenger Baseball for a few years. Toutons, if someone else hasn't explained it pronounced tout-in, rhymes with doubt plus in. It's fried bread dough., served with a bit of butter and molasses or maple syrup.

Lovely first flosstube! I am happy to see another baseball fan, although we are division rivals. #redsox I did the same and started the Littlehouse baseball pattern a couple years ago thinking I would stitch every time I watched a game…I am determined to finish it by the end of the season this year tho!

hello im katie from wales uk, just found your channel, i have just started a big piece of crosstich with fairies , i have a lot of anchor and dmc threads, but i want to buy stronger colour range more vibrant and more shiny than what i got in my in my collection , can you give me any advice please were to purchase and how i would interact these colours into dmc and anchor . this advice would help me so much in my huge project thank you katie ❤
