as always-incredible stitching! I was hoping that I could find the cicada pattern, it's stunning! Can't wait-hopefully it'll be released and I can purchase it eventually! :) I was working on catching up on my postcrossing and decided to catch up on floss tube! I know you'll appreciate that comment! :) As for you rant, I've already expressed my thunks on it all and I totally agree. This past weekend, I had the pleasure of meeting one of the artists that is no longer with HAED. I won't kiss and tell, but I will say that the artist community is deeply saddened by the turn that has been taken by HAED and that unfortunately for us stitchers, we're going to be seeing a lot more of them 'just ship' because of AI and the bs that is going along with it. I purchased from another full coverage company last week-INCREDIBLE service-above and beyond what I could have imagined. And honestly, my purchases with HAED will probably be dwindling down to none as I now know where several of the artists that we all love have went to and why they have decided to do so. There have been many times over the years that I have questioned business decisions. I wish I had taken a screenshot and saved it, but back in the day when they were on the Yahoo boards, I suggested Ciro Marchetti when they were asking for artist recommendations. I was told essentially no, that his style didn’t fit them and they weren’t interested.

Love the rant! I really try to avoid AI artwork but I am finding it impossible to find FC designers that don’t have any in their shop. It’s not enough to see if there is an artist-you need to check that the artwork itself has a ©️. The only project I have ufo’ed on the past few years is one that I fell for because it looked like there was an artist. When I searched artist and found the artwork separate from the xstich company, I saw they stated it was ai. So the video is almost done and still no Stitches!😂 This cat lady needs her fix. -Debbie 🦉🐊

Thank you for the rant I was not aware of the new developments. I also do not wish to purchase from companies supporting AI art as there is no ethical way to employ it. It was all trained on intellectual property it had no right to use. Unfortunately I bought a few designs from Artecy before discovering they have a small selection of AI charts. What HAED is doing is wrong. Making you pay to pay is absurd! Instead of crazy I've been using wild or bonkers. Hope that helps! ❤️❤️❤️
