Whatever visits we get from you are wonderful Julie. It's ok if they're infrequent. Recording gets to be a chore sometimes. And anyway we love long catch-up videos! Ok so my takeaways from this video are 1) try a biscornu and 2) start a Sprouting Lupine! Have fun at Stitch North!
I’m so behind on my flosstubes, but great to see you! Beautiful stitching as usual. I have the Mill Hill Blue Bird egg that I’d be happy to pass on after I finish -might be September! I’m reading a book you might like if you haven’t read yet - Evensong by Krista Walsh. Thanks for sharing your stitching and be well!
I finished the sheep egg and the white chick from Jim Shore. The sheep egg is actually pretty “easy” and the back stitch is not bad. Both are so darn cute it is worth it. Having a stitched front and back is neat. Your “small” is gorgeous, a perfect frame❤
I keep forgetting you will be at stitch north... i so can't wait.... your small is amazing!! So many finishes!! Thank you for sharing all the amazingness
Thanks for the great video. I really want to stitch the zodiac girls in my sun, moon, and rising signs. It's on my to stitch list 😊 Absolutely love your fabric creations for the ones you've stitched so far. I'm currently stitching a I love the 90s pattern. Alot of fun motifs. Hope you have a great time at Stitch North. Have a great weekend!
It’s always great catching up with you Your eye makeup is on point as per usual ❤ Those odd egg patterns are so interesting but I find too much backstitch annoying
I just finished one of the Jim Shore Gnomes and I found it really difficult too. 7 shades of beige and tons of backstitching. It turned out really cute but it was a struggle.
I got your recommendations of Raiders of the Lost Heart which I really liked. Also bought Mushy Valentine but haven't started it. So glad to get an episode from you.
Julie, love, breathe!!! I don’t care how frequently or infrequently you post!! I know your life is crazy right now and you post when you can!! I love seeing you and your beautiful work, and look forward to what’s going on in your life right now. You do you!! We will be here. ❤❤❤
Hello from west of the continental divide in the Colorado Rockies! Aren't you ready for fake spring and the April snow to be done? I love your idea to do skin conversions for the Nora Corbett designs!
I always look forward to your videos and enjoy seeing all of your stitching. I love the wide variety of projects you stitch. You have an amazing eye for choosing just the right color fabric for each of your projects. They all look fabulous! I hope you have a wonderful time at Stitch North. Oh and can I just say your hair is absolutely gorgeous!
Have you read Well Met by Jen DeLuca? It's a whole serious of cute romances. It's light and fun. Makes me want to go to a Renaissance Faire. Just easy romances with adorable characters.
Yes! Love Frog Egg ! Weird and cute at the same time 🐸 OOO - That Sprouting Lupine pattern! Gorgeous! Yep - need to do that 🙂 Happy stitching and reading my friend!
Love the Baba Yaga. I'm sending Dino Vibes. eeeeee! The strawberry finish is too cute. I can't even describe how fabulously ugly that frog is. Enjoy the retreat!
