Just seeing your flosstube for the first time. You were a delight. Beautiful finishes and beautiful Stitching. And gorgeous quilt. Can't wait to see more. Happy Stitching and Happy Quilting. ❤😊
I love what you stitch and sew. I agree about Lori's quilting patterns. I love them all and have sewn a few. Her directions are the best and I always compare her directions to other patterns I have sewn. Few compare.
Christy - thank you for sharing - such beautiful finishes! Whittaker is definitely a cutie! I love the "big" frames you choose for your pieces...... they look amazing. Stay warm - we are not getting the snow we need in Western Colorado yet this year.............
I love that your showing more quilting , as a cross stitcher samplers aren’t my flavor, but I stuck with you as it was relaxing and kind, love the pumpkin quilt
Hi, Kristie! Welcome back ~~ I have missed you my sweet friend. It is late here in Minneapolis (2:24am), but I had to watch your latest video and see what projects you have been working on. I absolutely am obsessed with all of your seasonal displays and decor. I so wish that I could figure out how to stitch on linen. I think if I could find someone who would be willing to send me a small piece of linen with stitches already done, I could maybe figure it out from there. I am more of a visual learner so I need to see a piece with stitches already in the fabric where I can then see and know where the stitches actually go. When I originally made the transition from Aida to Lugana, it kicked my butt for awhile. I had never done over 2 stitching prior to that and I will admit that I made more than a few mistakes until it finally clicked. But linen is just a whole different thing because more often than not, the linen is not an evenweave fabric and it has slubs in it so I never know where my over 2 stitches need to go. So I think having a physical sample to look at and reference would be super helpful in allowing me to make the switch from Lugana to linen (although it needs to be a larger count linen ~ like a 28 or 30 count ... possibly a 32 count ... because my eyes would never allow me to stitch on anything smaller than that).
So happy to see you again! Love watching/listening to you! I like the way you work your stitching schedule. I think I need to do something similar. Thank you for sharing.
Your new bee pieces are fantastic. I’m completely enamored with your pumpkin quilt and love the blocks you’re substituting in HAHRH. I’m getting my Shores out!
So many goodiesI cannot compliment thermal....but thanks for sharing. that quilted witch with that fabric is crazy. I can. hardly wait to see how it turns out!
Had been thinking about you and was delighted to get a notification about your latest video. Always enjoy seeing your projects, whether they be cross stitching or quilting! Have a wonderful fall and looking forward to your next video!😊
How wonderful to see your beautiful face!! Thank you so much for sharing all of your amazing projects. I LOVE your thread conversion for Remember Me. So pretty! Would you mind sharing your conversion for the Brenda Gervais piece: Be Happy, Humble, and Kind? That is one that I would love to start as well and I love the blues you chose. Can't wait to see you next time!
I just love this utube!! You are SO talented. I cross stitch and quilt too. I have both of Lori Holts witches. The quilt kit and the cross stitch. I wish I could keep up but I’m pretty sure I’ll be behind you all😍 I’ll be tuning in to watch you and I intend to go back and watch some of your old episodes. Happy Stitching🍂 oh PS I love the fall too the best.
Oh my gosh I haven’t even watched yet. 40 seconds in… just wanted to say first of all so so happy to see you!! You’ve been missed! Ok off I go to watch and stitch ❤❤❤
I was so pleased to be able to visit with you. So enjoy seeing what you have been doing. Some wonderful inspiration. Thanks. Blessings and happy stitching.
Kristi, as always, every single stitch/quilt is just amazing. And all your bags are just the best! Spending time with you is always such a delight. Thank you for sharing and giving us such inspiration!❤
Kristie, everything you do is beautiful and masterfully done but I am in awe of your color changes on Remember Me. What a gorgeous stitch and so meaningful. I can’t imagine missing my mom for 30 years so big hugs to you and I hope that stitching that piece in her honor gives you peace and allows you time to reflect on your memories with her. So nice to watch your FlossTube this afternoon. Have a great week!
I just love your flosstubes and everything you stitch. I was lucky enough to acquire one of your patriotic project bags earlier this year. I just wanted to tell you how much I love, love, love it. I use it every day! Thank you!!
Absolutely gorgeous projects! Finished and wips!! I feel the same way about comfort quilting and stitching. The world is so chaotic and sad. Working on something is good. Love your quilts! Lori is a fantastic designer. Have a peaceful season and God bless.
It's always so exciting when you upload a new video! Such amazing progress and so many beautiful projects!! Thank you so much for the kind words about my shop. ❤You're killing me with those quilts! Oh my gosh, the pumpkins and cute Halloween fabrics! I love it!!
I squealed with delight when I saw you had a new video! Your projects are so beautiful as always. I love your cupboard/hutch behind you. Really cool that the trees on the door matches a few projects you are working on and the one from Brenda Gervais that you finished.
It is always so exciting to see a video from you Kristie!!! Your finished projects are just beautiful! I have enjoyed watching your group's progress on Elizabeth Furniss. She is gorgeous!! I love how you personalize your samplers. Love your pumpkin quilt and your autumn applique quilt. The witch is going to be amazing and I look forward to seeing your progress. Thanks as always, Kristie and happy stitching!

Wow!!!! So many wonderful things!!! I love all that you do! 😍😍😍 I took lots of notes and I still think that I'll need to watch it again! It was wonderful to see you again. Thank you so much for sharing all your beautiful stitching and creativity with all of us! Hugs!!
Thank you for another marvelous video! I loved seeing everything you've been working on & especially finished! Those quilts are gorgeous!!! 💖💖 Every Opening Flower is my very favorite as well! THEN! When you talked about Remember Me by @teresakogut I cried! I bought that pattern as well with feeling like I'd stitch it for my daughter who passed away from juvenile diabetes at the tender age of barley 21! At her funeral the song... "Remember Me" had been sung!! What a perfect design I thought. I'd leave the pink in since it was her favorite color. My mother passed away as well. I will stitch it in remembrance of both of them. Teresa is amazing isn't she. Thank you for taking the time to make this video one I'll never forget. 💖💖💖💖
So happy to watch you this morning thank you ! Can you share with us someday how you store your projects ? Thank you so much i am finding à way to store my roll linen ! ❤
Oh my goodness!! You have such beautiful Finishes, WIPs, New Starts, Quilts, and I know you must stitch 28 hours a day...So great to have a group of friends to cheer each other on and inspire new projects. I hope you have beautiful Thanksgiving filled with Food, Family, Friends, and Gratitude! We are all so blessed to live in this beautiful nation and have the opportunity to do all the things that bring us joy. xoxo
I do love love love your floss tube. Great projects and I am so in tune with how you feel about cross stitch. Thank you for sharing your love of this hobby!!!
So what is the new linen start for your Veterans Day stitch? Good to see you again and all your beautiful pieces. I stopped the video and ordered the Brenda Gervais pattern. I had been holding off but your stitch pulled my trigger finger. Happy Holidays, Liz, Florida
Hi Kristie! I’m so happy when I see you’ve posted a new video, and this one was awesome! I loved seeing all of your gorgeous stitching & quilting, as always! Your new starts are all fabulous too! Take care, and I’ll see you next time! 😊😊
So good to see you again, Kristie! All of your cross stitching and quilting are just gorgeous. You always inspire me to get back to wips that have been in time out! Enjoy the Fall🍁❤
It's so fun to see your projects and hear about your plans. I'm also pleased that you talk about those things that didn't work out and you put aside. I do that too, but not many quilters/stitchers do that. Thank you. I'll be watching for your next Flosstube!
Your videos are so wonderful : they lift my heart. How you decorate your home is so beautiful and inviting, your soft voice is really pleasant, and your projects are lovely. The ones in memory of your dear mother are so poignant and thoughtful. ❤ ~Elizabeth
Thank you for sharing your stitching and quilting with all of us. You talk about doing things with your friends group and I usually have a few projects the same so feel like I’m part of your group too. Thanks for that awesome feeling.
WOW!!! 😂🎉🎊😍 Haha! I was so excited to see you are back!! I've really missed your Flosstube videos Kristie yet I also understand that sometimes life takes us in other directions!! OKAY! I'm going to go watch your video now! 🤣🤣👍 YEY! 💖
I'm so glad to see you doing another video. I always love everything you stitch. I' m 95% through with Map of Hawk Run Hallow. Started it Jan.1st.and also Stitched Quaker Christmas I i and finished it to. I also stitched Sally Spence and finished this year.
Loved it, of course. You are such a sweet inspiration. How do you store your seasonal pieces? I picked cs to help through the “ber” months. She died on her birthday 10/20, and they are her favorite months. This helps. And now picking up quilting 🤗!
I very much have enjoyed your site. Most of all is you actually show finished projects and not just lots of WIPS with very few stitches. Not a Lori Holt fan as would not fit my pewter, saltglaze pottery and colonial style. But your blocks were cute and whimsical.
So excited to see your Flosstube up tonight. Perfect fall stitching night for me while I watch and make my list. Always inspiring as usual. You sound excited about all of your plans. Many I have started or want to start. I am starting the turkey trot pattern from the Not Forgotten Farms book as well. There a several punch needle projects in that book-- I'm sure you have seen them! Love the quilts, too. Lots of fun and passion for making. Thanks for the time you took to share with us. XO
