Your treasure hunt bookshelf, it is still wow. It looks so much better stitcht up than on the site. It is going on my wishlist (but first i had to finish the stitching shelf SSMC and start the once upon a fairytale SSMC). I enjoyed also your other projects. Great recap video Suki! I think neither of those is close to a finish, so maybe rephrase that to something i want a finish on sooner than the other things LOL then you can include woodland enchantress and cover her 30mn at the same time - take care, Nic x

I think instead of a close to a finish day you could dedicate a day to Woodland Enchantress since it doesn't have its own day. You could call it "working towards a finish"! Still keep it as your daily 30 but also give it a dedicated date each week!

I just discovered your tent stitch tutorial, and wanted to thank you for the basketweave demo. I could never make sense of it until you said “diagonal”. I stitch on the diagonal and it was like a light bulb came on. 🙂 Tent stitch (half stitch) is my my favorite stitch, but I’ve seen no evidence of lines between my diagonals, even in color block areas. I think now it may be because my stitches run like / , but I start my project from the top right corner, so my diagonals run like \. Could that be the reason? I also park both below my current row, and in the next diagonal over, so I have thread tension going in many directions, which I always thought would help prevent lines.

I'm glad you found value in my tent stitch video! I think a major aspect of not getting lines is thread tension. Not just threads getting used or parked in different directions but also your stitching tension. I've been nervous to try again and test out that theory but that's what I'm gathering from many others who don't see lines!
