I’ve only been to quilt retreats but hopefully I will get to a cross stitch one someday! The finishes at the end were so pretty. I knew Michelle was taking her Santas. They are amazing!

Lovely to see you again. I think you’ve made the right decision re Wind in the Willows, it is such a huge piece, if I’d split it down into smaller chunks I don’t think I would have ever finished it. I’m house and cat sitting in Cornwall for a couple of weeks, not practical to bring my cross stitch - trying to get a finish on the Forest Santa - but I think a rest will be quite good. On the other hand I brought more than enough knitting, crochet, patchwork and stitching with me!! Enjoy the rest of the Summer. x

I love seeing your video pop up. The sky looks awesome on Barging Through. I love the mice pattern. I have Sleepy Hollow but I am still working on the blasted sails on Skeleton Crew. Haven't picked it up in a few months because I still have 2 of the mast to do and don't want to. Everything else is done and I do want it finished for the October so I better get a move on. Lol.

So good to see your video come across, amazing progress on your Chris Dunn's as usual! I have got to get back to mine but the full coverage bug is illuding me atm but it usually hits again about November/December. The weather here is horrendous and hot just constant 100+ Fahrenheit days, would love some English summer to cool everything off! Happy Stitching :)

Oh Lauren such beautiful stitching as always! Well done for finishing the sky on barging through and beautiful progress on Simple Pleasures... is that snow on the window? I find the Wind and thd Willows SAL a bit of a slog at times too but swap between doing a few thousand stitches on a full coverage section and then working on one of the characters which are more fun to stitch imo!
