On Strawberry Fields, you can do a top half stitch in the deeper color, right over the wrong color. Just pull the stitch a bit tighter 😊

I just started making project bags this week (4 in 48 hours - I kind of got overly excited by them), and I managed to put the zipper in backwards on the first two! 😂 so they’re “left handed” bags, but a zipper is a zipper and they’re certainly just as functional!

It definitely is a labor of love. Love seeing all your WIPs and finishes. Thank you for sharing my finished piece. I hope you have a blast at your retreat. I’m doing my first real retreat in August in PA with Grace Notes. I have gone to a needlework expo and class experience at Celebration of Needlework in New Hampshire several times and this past year in attended the EGA National Seminar in Boston. But those are less like a retreat as there are hundreds of people there. Anyway, have a wonderful, safe trip and can’t wait to hear all about it on your next video. Hugs and stitches🪡

Sarah I get in so much trouble watching you. You like to stitch the same kind of things I like , big and lots of coverage. I don't like to stitch small things except ornaments for my family. Hello Sarah,It’s such a joy seeing you and your floss tubes,I love all your starts and finishes. I really love your Beautiful Things stitch That fabric is amazing.

Sarah, all of your pieces are beautiful and amazing. You do such beautiful work. A lot of your pieces will be large when finished and will you frame them? Especially the red Bristol piece that you love so much. I’m amazed at how much stitching that has gone into that piece. And Pandemic is stunning. I really love seeing everything you are working on. I enjoy seeing and hearing about all the shares. You should try the Mill Hill beaded kits. Back in the 80’s I stitched a lot of ornaments for fall and Halloween. In those days they were small and stitched entirely with beads. I have no idea how I had the patience to stitch them. When I came back to stitching in 2014, the ornaments were bigger and combined beading with cross stitching. I have stitched so many ornaments for my grandchildren and have a few left to stitch for myself. Compared to all the samplers you stitch, they should be pretty easy for you. I encourage you to give them a try. ChrisXrossStitch has stitched some beautiful ones if you watch his FlossTube channel. You mentioned expecting snow. One of my besties lives in Shingle Springs and sent videos of it snowing. It was so pretty. She has a really steep driveway so it looked like she would be home for a bit. Have a wonderful time at Stitch North. It will be fun hearing all about it when you get back.
