Sarah!!! My fabric finally arrived for the sampler and I can not wait to start stitching with the beautiful silks you gifted me!! eek. I went with Ancient by Picture this plus, I placed the silks on top and its amazing. I was so thinking of you when I found out about the stitching in hand video, give it a watch and maybe start with a small mini project like an ornament and give it try one of these days. Hi Karen! Thank you so much for your lovely comments. I'm feeling extra proud of myself for adding embellishments to the design and I too love how it's turning out!! I ordered the fabric and floss from Owl Forest and it a 32ct Linen however, it feels like Lugana so strange. I love it however, I do not know what the color is called. I have been wanting to share with you that I love your Halloween Quaker! I'm so going to stitch that one day and for now I can live vicariously through you while you are enjoying the stitch. Thanks!

Oh My Gosh! Your stitching is amazing! I have never stitched a mirabelia. I ordered my first one with the bead kit from my LNS. Miss Cherry Blossom. My mother was from Japan so I really wanted to do this one in memory of her. My favorite ct to stitch on is 36 ct but I’m not sure the beads will fit if I stitch on it in 36. I think I will stitch on the called for since it is my first. I’m thinking of stitching on 32 ct opalescent white. I so enjoyed watching your flosstube. Thank you for sharing.

I bought the floss for Emerald City but not the fabric. My plan is to gift to daughter-in-law as it was her favorite story as a child and she still loves all things Oz. I love your embellishments. I've never added anything like that to a pattern but am now thinking of how to spice it up and want to start ASAP rather than finishing a couple other things first. Now I need to start looking at where to purchase beads.

I found if I change the directions like left to right and then up and down the stitches lay different . It doesn’t matter If it’s a single stitch. Your work is beautiful.

@@HyggeStitcher I had a hard time finding fancy lady stitchers too. There are a lot more now. I fell in love with fancy ladies when I found Lavender and Lace when I was 14 (32 years ago) The Bride was my first piece, unfortunately I never finished her but I was hooked on fancy ladies, and that’s pretty much all I stitched until a couple of years ago when I started doing full coverage. I’ve tried samplers but they just aren’t for me, they’re beautiful and I can appreciate them. However that Summer Quaker by LiLa Studio has me intrigued, I’m seriously considering that one, I’ve never done a Quaker, that one looks pretty awesome! Your videos are such a joy to watch, and you always bring a smile to my face!
