Flossy makes me 😭😭😭 Buying WC Lathewerks Instead!!! 👌🏻 

Despite the warnings from others, I decided to give Flossy shift knobs a try. I really liked the look of the knob & wanted to see for myself if their customer service was as bad as many people claimed it was. 6 weeks later, I had my answer...
I had hoped to dispel some of the rumors regarding Flossy's poor service, but unfortunately, my experience has only helped confirm them.
I have no ill-will against Flossy & am simply making this video, & a couple future videos to document my individual experience. At this point, I cannot recommend Flossy due to their unbelievably poor service. I am being completely transparent with you all, & I have no reason to lie or distort the truth in any way.
I will release more details in a future video, but in short, Flossy failed to provide me with any meaningful updates on my order. I emailed them 4 times & even sent a DM on Instagram to no avail. My order was supposed to take 14 business days to complete & ship, however, after 30 business days I still didn't have so much as an update. It was only after I finally filed a complaint through PayPal & went public with my complaints on my Instagram account that Chad at Flossy acknowledged me. They then promptly blocked me from their Instagram account. That's some brilliant PR right there. LMAO. 🙄
Flossy did refund my money within a day, however I highly suspect that was in an attempt to make me go away. I appreciate the quick refund, but it does not excuse the horrendous service I received. My only hope is that others will see my experience & be able to make an informed decision.

Also, if you view their IG account @keep_it_flossy, there are countless other customers asking for updates on their orders. At least there were before they blocked me. They very well may've deleted them. 🙄
