Excellent video young man! When I was your age we didn't have videos like yours to inform those of us that were just beginning.....all we had was sand and a sharp stick. I really like the fact that you are a catch and release advocate......but a mans got to eat a good fresh fish now and then, just to keep up his casting skills. Again well done!

Real simple recipe is Italian seasoned panko breadcrumbs, mix some shredded Parmesan cheese in there, pan fry it in your choice of oil. I prefer corn oil, gives a nice flavor. Super simple but amazingly good and doesn't mask flavor of fish.
Im pretty sure the bend in the lateral line is to make room for the pectoral fin so it doesn't interfere with the fish trying to sense vibrations. Nice vid mate

Try covering the fillet with smashed ginger, marinade with garlic salt and pepper. Add a few drops of soy sauce when you are frying the fish. Then add some capers on top when you are getting ready to eat and squeeze some lemon on top. Let me know what you think of the recipe. I learned it from a friend while I was stationed in Hawaii.
Nice! Thinking about getting into doing some videos myself and never editor before. Your videos are nicely done! I've done one video myself of a hunting trip for Maryland Sika deer but no editing was done. Need to do more of hunting and fishing. Great job and keep it up.....FISH ON!!
