In many business scenarios, you may want to copy incoming emails as files somewhere (SharePoint, Onedrive etc) so that it can be accessed by the right people even when they don't have access to the email. For example, emails coming from some important customers or emails in shared mailbox etc.
In this video, I'll show you a simple way to save the body of the email as files in SharePoint using Microsoft PowerAutomate. In this part, I'll take a simple approach but there is a problem in this approach too. In part 2, I'll show you how to fix that problem. (edit: part 2 is here • Flow to save incoming ... )

How can I extract certain criteria from the email to use as File Name. Report 1, Report 2, Report 3,m etc, All emails have same subject is my issue.
