absolutely brilliant flow from start to the end - and dance with poi from 4.35 is amazing - I didn't except that you can spin so good poi and dance like a lunatic in the same time and you proved to me that i was wrong - very refreshing !!!
great stuff my man, you re the first guy i see spinning to industrial or Goth (or whatever it s defined), also supercool to see you start grooving when the lyrics set in, i could feel the excitement you felt, this goose bump moment, when the song you spin to starts really groovin (happens to me all the time with Moby s "Bodyrock") Anyway, its authentic and real, it even allows mistakes (poi dropping) thats what i love about this vid and spinners like you. It keeps Poi on the fun and human level
I really enjoyed that! i especially love the section starting around 4 minutes. you're fluid in your dance and i really appreciate seeing that! nice!!!! :)
sometimes it's hard to look like I'm having fun, but it's gotten easier as I've gotten better at spinning and more confident that I can kind of stop thinking about what moves to do and just let it flow but I still find myself making really stupid "concentration faces" instead of smiling sometimes. I think it's one of the hardest aspect of poi spinning, actually.
There's a 25sec segment of some epic short poi action from 4:45 to 5:10. Some of the coolest stuff I've seen in a long while. Combining body movement and poi motions rhytmatically. But it's all pretty impressive. If maybe SLIGHTLY repetetive in the patterns. But who the hell cares? It's all baked into one awesome flow!
@Elemensce Just rewatched the video and I still VERY much enjoy that part ^^ It's like this entire flow segment where it's hardly the actual move I'd like to learn, heh, wanna learn to move like that! ^^ Nice new video btw, it reminded me of this one :P hahah.
