Delta is the mathematical symbol for change.
At EJC, a friend gifted me that pendant, saying "If there was one thing in your life you could change, what would it be?". I wear that pendant everywhere I go as a reminder of that.
This is the video that I'm probably most proud of having made. It's a result of getting to travel all over, meet so many people, and train with the people that I trained with over the last 5 months. In that time, I met some wonderful and amazing individuals, all of whom have directly help shape the person I am now.
This Summer marked my 9th year spinning poi. And this Fall marked my transition into Spinning full-time. It's both insanely exciting, and extremely terrifying, but this is what I love, and I'm proud to do it. Thank you all for your support!
I have some big ideas that I'm working on that I'd like to unveil soon, so if you liked this video, subscribe to my channel, give this video a thumbs up, and keep an eye out! :)
Also - big thanks to Keith for pushing me the way you did. Cheers, you Ginger Wolf.

Dude, like. Wow. That is all. I'm just so impressed by not only your dedication, but your skill in spinning. I, personally, couldn't spin to save my life, but just wow.

This is the most genuine capture of your flow you've ever caught on film. Gorgeous work, Teddy. It's such a privilege to have you as a friend and source of inspiration. Can't wait for the Flow Show, buddy.

Thank you so much! The best advice I could give is to just drill what you know and make it as good as you want it to be. In those times you spend drilling, things are going to happen by accident and you'll look at it like "...woah, that was cool, how do I do it again?", then you'll look up 5 hours later unsure of where the time went This has been my life for the last 9 years, haha Hope this helps! :) PS - come to spinning festivals! I teach at them regularly all over the US throughout the year!

Delta's used to denote change in mathematics. In chemistry it's used to denote the addition of heat to a reaction. Okay...now I'm going to actually watch the video ;)

Incredible vid man, thanks for showing the experimental side of your mad skill success, inspiring to push the envelope even when you've mastered so much of what is known. And megalegit music choice, what is that track called?
