We just launched flowOS2.6 for flowtoys vision props & capsule 2 lights!
If you've updated your firmware, check out some of the new mapping adjust features in:
- fire (p1m5)
- earth (p1m7)
- rainbow strobe (p2m10)
- fireball (p3m5)
- jammin' (p3m7)

Released in 2021.06, this new firmware took feedback from users, improvements from the clava lamp, and has many new updates and features, including:
• updated vision & capsule modes
• new kinetic response setting (p5m4)
• updated auto-sleep options (p5m5)
• updated auto-play timing options
• new standby setting (p5m6) based on user feedback to help w/ battery life
• improvements to grouping, charging behavior, indicators etc.

There are also many invisible changes to enable some exciting features in the upcoming flowtoys app, so make sure to update the firmware on all your props.

This plus kenetic responses really shits over pretty much All other brands that let you upload your own images, no matter how HD the pixel counts are. Thanks so much flowtoys team for the hours of entertainment on the new update, feels like I just bought myself a new set of poi 😁😁😁

Glad you're enjoying the updates! We'll get around to higher res and images at some point, but wanted to focus on/explore this other way of interacting with lights and props :)

Very cool to see, will you be updating the mode chart to indicate which modes have these mapping adjusts?

@@flowtoys thank you! I just did the update and I'm in love all over again! So many great ideas man, hope you keep updating it, it's so awesome to have a product that can have (almost) anything changed or added. Is there anyway the customer could program their own 'favourites'? I know this would require pc software but is it a possibility? Thanks :)

@@fisty539 We'll be releasing the mobile app sometime this year. You'll need a hardware "bridge" to connect to the app, but the app is free ... and you'll be able to have much finer control of creating your own patterns :) If you're interested when the beta bridge/app come out, email us at info@flowtoys.com and we can ping you when it's ready.

Is this for vision and capsule 2.0?

The flowOS 2.6 update is for vision and capsule 2. The mapping adjust is for vision, as there is no mapping on the capsule (coz it's a single pixel of light).

@@flowtoys gotcha, thank you! I was kind of confused on how to edit those modes but this video helped quite a bit. Makes sense why the editing on the capsule is a little simpler. Tested it with the fire setting and got to see how to change the colors on it. Thanks for your uploads!
