I'm impressed because many people of his age have the body of a 65 year old and i commend him for his work ethic even though he was so many years in boxing. I've seen him train since he retired. You're not supposed to feel old in your 40's, unless you have a really shitty and physically demanding job or serious health problems (god forbid) and no time at all to take care of yourself.
