As someone who grew up having a father who didn't really care about a relationship with me, even though he was as hard on me - it's amazing to see someone like Khabib grow up to be baddest pound for pound on the planet and yet one of the most humble people you will ever meet. That comes from a good father, hard or soft.

Khabib did a great job explaining why most Champions tend to fall out of the sport or their careers go downhill afterward. They end up losing that fire to be the best, the drive to become champion is what makes many fighters so great.

Khabib has gotta be one of the most beautiful human beings ever. He's so humble and genuine and you can see that he has a deeply introspective and compassionate heart. He seems to always be super generous in sharing his time and wisdom but I think one of the biggest things that sets him apart is his faith. Just from observing his character over the years, I had to completely rethink everything I used to assume about the Muslim religion because the first time I heard him say "Alhumduli" I could have sworn that man had the hand of God on his shoulder.

The young lad to Khabib's left is a cool interviewer, really authentic and calm. I like how he waits for the others to ask questions then let's Khabib completely finish before stepping in. He is what hosting is about. He has no agenda, doesn't appear nervous or contrived. I would love to watch him do a full interview alone. I don't think people (including myself) will ever be able to understand the life Khabib has had, growing up in Dagestan and how much work he put into MMA. He literally just trained and dedicated everything to being the best, came to the UFC and absolutely destroyed everybody. The morals and beliefs he has are incredible and how he sticks to them and won't bend or break for anyone or anything. The love and respect he has for his family especially his dad is something I really admire about him. This guy came from the the absolute toughest environment and roughest place/life and accomplished a career nobody else has. Khabib is the greatest of all time and that's a fact!

Was never a khabib fan because conor introduced me to MMA but I can’t give that man enough praise. He’s completely low key, humble and a true gentleman. What’s incredible to see is how a man with so much power could have anything he wants, but only wants for nothing. He’s not fuelled by material processions but by the simple things in life. Khabib is an admirable dude. Even people who don't like or disagree with him for whatever reason still gotta respect him. He is firm in his personal beliefs but is accepting of all people. Not critical of the opinions of others and is always nice. Im sure he'll continue his already accomplished life and hopefully eagle fc can positively impact this fighter pay issue that keeps coming up.
