Logan is a RU-vidr with kids as his audience who have no clue how boxing works to tell that Floyd let him live so they can cheer for Logan and him and his brand get a boost. Mayweather walks away with $100M to spar a RU-vidr who can’t box. Once Mayweather punched him once and saw the kid almost die he realized this was truly for fun and held back. Go watch Mayweather vs McGregor which was not an exhibition and you’ll see a very different Floyd and this was not long ago. This was written in the contract that Floyd couldn’t hurt Logan it’s obvious and he admits it’s a fake fight by the end of this press conference.

He didn't stop knocking guys out because his hands got messed up. He stopped knocking guys out because he wanted to test his defensive skills and move on to other skill sets. He already proved he can easily knock out fighters so he focused on all the other skills that people said he wasn't good at. People forget that everyone was talking shit saying floyd wasn't a good defender his first 20 fights so he said "okay, i'll proved i'm the best defensive fighter" and changed his style. Then he got tired of having to prove to people and changed his name to "money" mayweather and just focused on making money and not focus on pleasing the fans and he laughed all the way to the bank

Fkn Mayweather cracked me up in this interview, he along with logan both knew what this was about. Money. If floyd had really thought logan stood a chance he would have beat his ass bad, but since he didnt pose a threat he let him go the distance and smile all the way to the bank.

That makes no sense, if he was to beat Logan up (assuming he had the ability too) he could have used all that promo and KO hype to fight Jake Paul and make triple the $. I didn’t see anything different from Floyd in this fight that he hasn’t done in every other “Real” fight, except going forward, being the smaller guy with the low reach and not getting open shots to counter easily. Floyds a defensive counter puncher and Logan wasn’t feeding him free open shots to counter, Logan was hitting and hugging thus eliminating Floyds only strength. in almost every of his fights Floyd had the reach and height advantage, not here. Also Floyd’s not a finisher and hasn’t been for his last 20+ fights.

@@SavageBoricua getting a first round knockout is actually only entertaining, i presume for people who didnt pay to get into the stadium. Imagine you pay ur tix to watch a fight and is over in 3 min. there must be some sort of agreement with relevant sponsors or parties about this. but back to your point, how does having promo and ko hype will make more money than stalling 8 rounds with sponsors and air time etc.

@Jason i actually do not like floyd. I think his record is so great because he runs and only does just enough to win by points. I think he learned from the tenshin fight he had that if u completely demolish someone paying good money to have an exhibition fight with u, then others aint gonna line up for that. I think he did just enough against logan to keep it mildly interesting

“Heavyweight” is the classification of the fighter based on height and weight. Technically, Logan is quite a few weight classes above Floyd - they’d never actually be able to fight a proper sanctioned fight because of this. It’s the way all boxing and MMA works - you fight people physically similar to you. Nothing to do with Logan’s experience level.
