Floyd sparred the guy. I think he easily could have stopped him by unloading punch after punch. However, truthfully, he played it safe just having fun not wanting to take any chances. This was a sparring session for Floyd. He also did not want to get caught flush with a bomb from his much larger opponent so as he typically does, he avoided exchanges by keeping the right distance at the proper angle so he can hit you but you cant hit him. He has done it literally all his life since before he could walk he was being brought to a boxing gym.
