This is amazing training...If you knew what you were talking about then you would see there training his nervous system which slips the message past your brain an into your muscle without you thinking...hence why he slips and counter's to have thoes recruitment pattern into his "arsenal" along with what other methods they use.

i recall teddy atlas saying that THE PROBLEM WITH THIS GENERATION OF FIGHTERS NOT BRINGING AS MANY KO'S AS THE ONES PRIORS IS THAT WHEN THEY DO THE MITTS YOU CAN SEE THE TRAINERS MEETING THE PUNCH FROM THE FIGHTER HALF WAY WHICH GETS THEM USED TO NOT FULLY THROWING THE SHOT...you can see roger doing that with the mitts ...but doing it for this long will get your stamina right as hell.and fmm stamina is cray
I'm a pacman fan but yall wylin sayin the trainer is doin most of the work..Floyd just makes this type of padwork seem easy, and considering its only the media workout as well
hes going as fast as he needs to roger controls the pace of pad work and aint no telling how heavy them damn gloves is might be using heavier ounce gloves for the pad work

why does it seem like mayweather is training the trainer rather than the other way round?? And i dont understand what benefit mayweather gets from the trainer, when mayweather is hit on the shoulder
@jperez9805 my point is clear as day...if Floyd can look off to the side or close his eyes while doing that shit that means it's choreographed. It's a pattern or timing deal.
