As far as why the short exercises is because no one will want to show their real workout to the public as long as the boxer is competing. Also I'd like to see mayweather do those jumprope tricks with a leather jumprope. Ii's easier to jumprope with a plastic rubber jumprope than to do it with a leather one.
I don't think Floyd or any boxer will show their full workout on camera as it gives away too much for other opponents to study. I think this media workout FLoyd's performing is either part of a circuit incorporated in his real workouts or this was specifically made for the media and publicity.
@FootballFanatic141 to me, it just looked random, just like in the video, but again it was partially a media workout, so maybe it's a bit different, but I tend to believe that that's how a regular workout session goes. The man is a genius in the ring, I'm sure he knows what he's doing when he's training, he probably goes with how he feels.
How is it when someone is doing their thing, undefeated, making more than any other athlete in the business today, that so many people are going to say that he is working out wrong. Hilarious.
ive thought mayweather was one of the best p4p cos his workout is old school. skip pulls up dips sit ups press ups bit of resistance running and sparring. all these other guys doing all this scientific shit is bullshit. i would like to know whether he takes protein shakes cos i reckon he don't protein shakes are a shortcut to fitness without them you actually train your body. i reckon that what mayweather has done
