Great video, but have to have a window open. That's no good is it, heat your room and open the window. Great , not.

We have a flu to our gas fire. But the gas engineer said the smoke is half going up. The rest isn't. Does the flu then need a brush out

Potentially needs sweeping. Worst case scenario it would need the liner replacing

The requirement is for an openable widow, not an open window, as you state. Why on earth would householders has a fire on for heat yet have to have a window open??? That's what the vent's for.

I guess that your a gas safe engineer? I suggest you check again, the window Needs to be open or otherwise it would not say openable Have a great day 😊😀 And yes they are pointless for that very reason and an absolute waste of money.

This is video about flueless gas fires? Why is it mostly a video of a bloke with a bald head. The words are OK but hardly informative. Is he a credited gas engineer ?
