☆ Fluffy bulgarian brioche bread ☆
🇬🇧 Ingredients 🇬🇧
For the Brioche:
200 ml warm milk
50 gr fresh yeast / 14 gr dry yeast
90 gr honey
70 gr lard
120 gr butter at room temperature
200 gr sugar
1 tsp salt
125 gr yogurt
3 yolks eggs
3 eggs
zest from a lemon
1 tsp rum essence
1 Tbsp Rum with alcohol
1 kg flour
For the Filling:
raisins
Turkish Delight
nuts
chocolate chips
* 1 egg yolk + 2 Tbsp milk for greased
* Leaving time 90 min first time, 90 minutes second time, and 60 minutes the last time in baking forms.
* Baking tray: diameter 20 cm and 25x11x7 cm
* Bake at 170°C heat up and down up for 40-45 min

Pentru aluat:
200 ml lapte călduț
50 gr drojdie proaspătă / 14 gr uscată
90 gr miere
70 gr untură de porc
120 gr unt la temperatura camerei
200 gr zahăr
1 lgț sare
125 gr iaurt
3 gălbenușuri
3 ouă
coajă rasă de lămâie
1 lgț esență de rom
1 lingură Rom cu alcool
1 kg făină
Pentru Umplutură:
stafide
rahat
nucă
bobițe de ciocolată
* 1 gălbenuș de ou + 2 linguri lapte pt uns
* Timp de dospire: 90 de minute prima și 90 de min a doua oară, 60 de minute în formele de copt.
* Dimensiuni tăvi: diamentru de 20 cm și 25×11×7
* Se coc la 170°C căldură sus și jos pentru 40-45 minute

☆ Pan dulce esponjoso búlgaro ☆
🇪🇦 Ingredientes 🇪🇦
Para la masa brioche:
200 ml leche caliente
50 gr levadura fresca / 14 gr levadura seca
90 gr miel
70 gr manteca de cerdo
120 gr mantequilla a temperatura ambiente
200 gr azúcar
1 cdta sal
125 gr yogur
3 yemas de huevo
3 huevos
ralladura de limón
1 cdta esencia de ron
1 Cda Ron acon alcohol
1 lg harina
Para el Relleno:
pasas sultanas
Deliciss Turcas
nueces
pepitas de chocolate
* 1 yema de huevo + 2 Cdas leche para untar
* Tiempo de fermentado 90 min por primera vez, 90 min por segunda vez y 60 minutes la tercera ya en los moldes.
* Medidas molde: diámetro de 20 cm y 25x11x7 cm
* Hornear a 170°C calor arriba y abajo durante 40-45 minutos
