You will need (for 7 smaller pieces) to prepare the Langoše recipe
300 g of white yogurt (1,5 cups , 10,5 oz)
420 g of plain flour (3 3/8 cups, 14,8 oz)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon (5 g) baking soda
Method of preparation :
Mix all ingredients well, mix a smooth dough. Divide into 7 parts of about 100 grams. We shape the balls and then spread them to a thickness of about 3 mm with our hands. Finally, we fry in warm oil on both sides in gold.
We can serve smeared with garlic or tartar sauce and cheese.
