Happy throwback Thursday from 2016 talking about the time I met Arnold Schwarzenegger! #GabrielIglesias Hang out with Fluffy on the web: Website: fluffyguy.com/ Facebook: / gabrieliglesias Twitter: / fluffyguy Instagram: / fluffyguy
Can confirm regarding how engaging Arnold is and about how he makes you feel. What impressed me the most was I met him two days before leaving for the Army (many many years ago) and I had maybe a five minute conversation with him at the capital. I saw him again six years later and he shook my hand and said “Richard! How was the Army” and I was absolutely awestruck. Other people have told me of similar experiences and I just find that incredibly impressive.
@@evilbohnes2565 Could you become famous for lifting weights, move to another country, star in movies despite nobody understanding you, marry into that country's royalty, and hold public office?
Arnold as a person seems unbelievable. Just like his character in Terminator, he must be from the future and definitely hard to believe he is among the humans :)
Gabriel does a really good impression on Arnold, enough touch but not over doing it. His talent of voice acting is amazing and truly elevate his stage presence to another level.
I had the pleasure of meeting Arnold twice at a charity event during his governing days, so no handler thing, and no fans he's doing the rounds with. I got introduced to him by the woman that puts on the event and I felt like we talked for hours (was prob like 10min, lol). He gave me props on my muscle mass, advice on workout routines and diet, told me some stories, and just made me feel so special in a moment where I was so overwhelmingly nervous to speak with him. He's 100% the number 1 guy to have a beer with next to steve irwin and obama. Fluffy is right, you really can't explain how down-to-earth and engaging he is. He instantly becomes your friend and wants to share life stories with you. Fluffy is also right that when it's over, you just want to get another chance at talking to him. I'm gonna just brag and say I got my second chance and the guy freaking remembered me a year later at the same charity event, I didn't even mention that we met before. He asked me if I took his advice and said he noticed I was bigger which just made all the hard work working-out I did so much more satisfying. I worked at a gym at the time and was able to tell people what Arnie told me and inspired quite a lot of people with the advice he gave me. Arnie instantly lit up and gave me a hug (kinda picked me up a bit, the guy is godly strong) and told me I should be proud of myself. I'll never forget that moment. I've had some great celebrity interactions in my life, vlade divac comes close since he spent so much time with me when I was a ball boy for the sac kings for a season. But Arnie holds a special place with me, that guy inspires me to be better everyday, just from a tiny interaction I got with him. I just wish I could get a third chance to talk to him, lol. The guy makes your day brighter, even if he probably says the same things to most people. We all need an Arnie in our lives. Someone that enforces positive outlooks and body positivity, wants to help you push yourself to work harder and be better. Someone that wants to be proud of you. Dude I can talk all day about how freaking cool Arnie is and I had like maybe 15min max with the guy ever.
@@JonathanSanchez-st7zd some people just dont like hearing excessive amounts of profanity in a comedy bit. some people dont mind it. what does it matter to you?
Gabriel, one of the things I love about you is that you're so positive. Your stories always build other people up and make them look good instead of tearing them down or being about how awesome you are. (Also, you're hysterical.) The world would be better with more people like you.
I don't know, maybe it just me, but I shed a tear when he imitated Arnie recognized him and tell him his own joke. I don't know, man. That's the quality of a star you're searching for.
I met Arnold when I worked for Craft Services on Kindergarten Cop bitd. He's 2 inches shorter than me (I didn't expect that!) and exactly as Gabe relates. He didn't have a handler when I met him and I had several conversations with him during his time in Astoria. Helluva nice guy.
I met Arnold once, I was working as body guard and was escorting him into a house. He really nice and spoke with me. From the movies I thought he was going to be 6' 4" and huge, but he a lot smaller.
My son met Arnarld back in the early 2000's. He was very kind to my then 10 yr old son. All he could talk about for years Arnald was so cool to my boy.
If you are going through depression, anxiety...Believe me his videos and talent of making others laugh can take all your pain and stress away..... Thank you so much..
I saw Arnold at a Special Olympics event. I volunteered there with my sister. I was in a line in a hallway, being told Arnold was coming through and we would get to meet him. but only for a short time. I saw him come in, with couple body guards. It was amazing to see him. He was all smiles. I waited for him to get to me and was ready to shake his hand, when a girl next to me took his hand and shook it instead and Arnold moved on quickly. I got to pat his shoulder and felt so let down. But I got to see him a few inches from me, so that is just as great :)
As someone who is lucky enough to meet him a few times and talk with him, don't feel too bad on missing out. His presence is pretty awesome regardless. People feel really positive around him, and it's a fantastic thing to see and experience. His crowd and fans are great people too!
This video is proof that fluffy is a master storyteller! I don't know if you were taught this or if it's a god-given tell it, but wonderful job Gabriel!
"I didn't love him as a politician, and I was too young to know him as a bodybuilder." So much beautiful innocence in that one statement. This world will never be good enough until beautiful souls like GI's live forvever. Rest In Power, Gabe.
Gabriel is #1 on my comedian list and I have been watching him for over 12 years, probably since he began tv. I grew up in the Valley and he makes me feel at home since moving to Houston , he helped with feelings of homesickness. Every single act he does is so funny and it is clean fun. I love him so much for that, we need more Gabriels out there. I can watch the same acts over and over again and they still make me laugh and smile. God Bless this man
Fluffy is amazing. Why is he not in movies, and the next major, major comic? Super funny, super talented, great materials without cussing! True comedian!
Fluffy, man you are fantastic. I needed you in my life and you have a subscriber. I hope you find all the joy you deserve because of all the joy you bring to us.
I saw fluff on his first trip to mpls at pantages theatre. Dude stayed for a grip after the show and met every single person that wanted to meet him. Not only can he tell any story and make it funny... He's also a stand up dude. Props to u fluff. ( Also, he makes his friends gift baskets!)😉
You always have the best timing to make me laugh I’m in a dark place right now and this is the first time I’ve seen in you in a while, you made me laugh so hard you’ve brought a huge smile to my face and it makes me so happy to have that laugh there, that joy of happiness you have set it off in me and now I can barely contain it, thank you fluffy you’re amazing and awesome❤️
Arnold went to UW-Superior and lived about a block from me. He wasn't a big star at that time but was known mostly as a body builder. Meet him outside a few times, seemed like a nice guy. From what I know he didn't attend full time in person but did earn a degree.
I was reading a SF novel and the first thing that came up was a guy meeting someone big and strong and he called him "Arnold". And yes, that checks out. He's a legend and will be for decades to come.
That was literally the only accurate Arnold voice I’ve ever heard anyone do. Everyone on the planet thinks they can do it but Fluffy actually sounded like him.
I can't recall names but I've heard countless impressionists, do incredible 'Arnold', Arnold would be one of the easiest, due to his massive accent and mannerisms, those impressions are so much fun to hear too.
Omg !! You are by far one of the best comedians on this planet .. ...please don't ever lose you're faith in humanity and don't ever lose yourself......you're one of a kind.....prob the best of our time ......stay safe.....
Let's be real guys We all just came here for fluffy's incredible impersonation of Arnold Schwarzenegger Edit: Thanks for the likes guys I've never had this many likes before 😊
Actually no. Fluffy is very funny and this video was funny too, but this impersonation of Arnie is one of the more bad ones. The accent/voice is totally of, sounds more like a rejected Sean Connery voice. There is another comedian that does a really good Arnie voice, can't remember his name. The bit was about movie trailers and "They're trying to take my tortilla's!! Get down!! Get down again!!!!". Still, Fluffy is very funny and does made up voices very well.
@@teacher_ps I only WISH I had a ready supply of acorn squash! That one was bought at a farmer's market in Barrie, Ontario, the weekend before and cooked the evening before I watched this video. Butternut and spaghetti squash are delicious, no doubt about it, but acorn squash? That, THAT is the good stuff!
you're so hillarious. and there are times when I feel so lonely and depressed, I watch your vids. and you always make me laugh even for the same jokes. thank you. God bless you. 😀 hope oneday you'll have your show in my country, Indonesia. ☺
