This video is about making your regular pancake into something special by adding UBE Halaya (boiled and mashed purple yam) and UBE flavoring into the mix.
Ingredients:
- egg whites (from 2 eggs)
- 2 cups of buttermilk
*WET
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1 tsp. of UBE flavoring
- 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup of UBE halaya
- 1/2 cup of plain yogurt
*DRY
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 4 tsp. of baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. of salt
