This episode had a really excellent narrative and arc of tension. Struggling to find a weapon, making clever dodges to keep up the build buffs, stacking up consumables for the final boss, and even making use of clutch weapon-swapping in the middle of the fight. Even the comedy from the perfectly timed running gags felt great. It's everything you could want from a well-produced television show, much less an impromptu run in a roguelite video game.

I think the main difference between the boomerang and the cupid bow came down to the fact that the boomerang pierces enemies so room clearing was significantly easier with the rang. Clumps of enemies would all die together instead of needing to shoot each one individually. I do think maybe the game would be a bit more interesting if the rooms themselves were buffed up a bit to make them harder, and you were able to carry two weapons at a time and easily swap between them. That way, you could have a room clearing weapon and a boss clearing weapon (eventually). As it stands, you're right that the game does feel like, "Can you beat Mind Flayer phase 2 and Death," as the rooms pose little to no threat ESPECIALLY if you're rocking a good room clearing weapon.

The two locked doors look like they lead to the next playable “zone” with there own set of 10 floors. The white door looks like it leads to heaven and the red one looks like it leads to hell. This makes sense because what happens once you conquer death? You go to the next plain of existence to conquer that as well

Why do you always wait until 10-9 to activate infusions and potions? You know they last for 10 rooms, right? You could activate them on 10-1.

Oh dont think you realized but the inventory has numbers on it so you can quick switch w/o opening it . if ur "2nd" weapon is on slot 1 you can just press 1 and quick swap weapons. I think you mentioned something about switching weapons mid-fight
