Flushing Power Steering Fluid on a 99 Cadillac Deville 

Flushing out most of the old Power Steering Fluid can be done by unhooking the low-pressure return hose to the power steering fluid and re-routing it into a bucket while continuously re-filling the reservoir with new fluid. Turning the steering wheel lock to lock will empty the remaining fluid from the steering rack, while turning on the engine will quickly flush the rest of the system.
