In this video, I go wading the shore of Long Island looking for Hickory Shad. Fly fishing for hickory shad is a lot of fun when using light gear, they are fast acrobatic fish which put on quite a show.

Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate and we had only a small window where we could fly the drone to record from above and use cameras other than GoPros, but we did manage to capture some pretty sweet eats from above. The rest of the time we spent it fishing under the rain, which was the only time striped bass showed up 🙌
