You might remember a post from our Instagram page about a year ago asking if any fans out there had a wooden boat they would be willing to part with that needed some work. A fan from north Carolina hit us up and said he would trade some BLC flies for a boat he had been working on. When Adam was back in Alabama guiding for a month he decided to pick this boat up and get it back to SLC to rebuild it. BLC Project: Wooden Drift Boat was born.
Stay tuned next week for Episode 2 where we rebuild the boat and Episode 3 where we take the final product out on the water and get a review from a famous western guide.
