Fly having spasms while dying and worm crawls out of its butt 

I sprayed a fly and seconds later she fell, couldn't fly anymore and had long spasms to the point a white oval fell out of its butt.
First i thought it laid an egg out of spasm pressure, but then it started to move and crawl around lol
