In a speech to members, House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer (R-Ky.) teased his plans to hold a hearing on PBMs as part of his committee’s investigation into their business practices. Well, it’s official! The committee is holding its first hearing on May 23 at 10 a.m. ET. It will include testimony from NCPA member Kevin Duane, the owner of Panama Pharmacy in Jacksonville, Fla.
