The old dahlberg diver was one of my favorite patterns growing up with an 8 weight for Peacock bass in Miami!

Nice B-Wise! Aint seen much RU-vid of late, but nice to see a fly that I have really wrecked this year. Been throwing this as a 9 Inch version (2 x 2/0 B10's really stretched out ). Killer on the shoulder, even with an 8 weight! Black, tan and Gold combo been deadly down in the NZ. The Rainy heads are bulletproof! I just re-use when the fly dies. Best thing about this fly is the 'Stall'. Stop ripping and it tries to cartwheel. The rest of the story is in the net. Cheers

This fly has proven itself for us with smallmouth, pike, and musky. Great Fly! No lead wraps on the rear hook? I thought that was one of his signature moves with this fly. Heavy trailer, light head, erratic tail motion?

This is a great tie, but this is a Diver, I thought the lap dancer was a skater that was tied with the head angled up so it zig-zagged across the surface

I was thinking the same thing about the white bucktail as soon as it came in the frame! I thought you might have run out back and shot whatever you could find because you were out and needed it in a pinch.
