Created in 1950 by legendary Catskill fly tier Harry Darbee, the Two-Feather is a unique dry fly with a single feather used as an extended body. This easy-to-tie pattern is a nice imitation of some of the larger mayflies and can be fished where delicate presentations are needed.
Hook: #12-16 dry fly
Thread: White (or black)
Tail: Mallard flank tips
Body: Mallard flank, reversed
Hackle: Any dry fly
