What size/type dry fly hook do you use?

Depends on the hatch. For example, where I'm at this fly is usually tied with hooks size 14-20. I'd start with a 14, which is fairly standard, and tie a few in each smaller size so you have options. Then, observe your area's etymology or try using each to see what matches/works best.
