I was on sunexpress the weekend and the plane was only 2/3 full. Took an age to get off the ground. Both takeoff and landing were not the best either. 👍✈👍

Boeing has a couple ways to reduce the thrust to save engines and fuel, TO1, TO2 and ATM (assumed temp method) so probably using one or both especially if plane was light. There is plenty of thrust to point that baby skyward
