I went at time to take my luggage to the check in and the guy who wear a blue coat from the flydubai counter was rude as hell to me as a special needs person on wheelchair! He said you can’t fly with us on board because you are alone?? So what if im alone? I told them im capable and even though im on wheelchair chair I will get my regular assistance from the airport to the airplane and will use the cabin wheelchair instead of walking in it if available, he said no go book another flight in Arabia or Emirates!!! Wtf? I paid for my damn tickets and I always travel alone and this is the first time someone treating me so badly in front of everyone! Im a local Emirati person our law protects us as I know, I will not let this pass, the crew in the check in damaged my feelings and I almost felt like fainting. Is this a proper way to treat a special needs person? By leaving him alone in CMB airport and not letting him get back to his country. I will not let this pass I swear this will be all over the news and I will talk with the governments and sheiks about this disgusting behavior and manners from flydubai, i want my money back also and a refund for my mental damage, I will hire a lawyer from the government and we will see about this. They are not customer friendly at all😔 This is the worst experience I have ever had, The first day I had to cancel the ticket one week before but instead paying me in account they issued me the voucher which I must need to utilize before year when I asked the helpline to extend it they refused it. so I utilize the ticket by booking from Dubai to Karachi and unfortunately my plan changed and I cancelled the booking and my money wasted 😔.

flydubai is the worst air company I've ever seen.. it's been many years since I've been through the trouble, but my nerves still don't end. they gave me a lot of trouble.. they didn't care about my problem at all.. it's a ridiculous air company. they do not value people and customers at all.. an airline company that I will never choose again in my lifetime.
As Tanzania belgrad travelers, we couldn't get our luggage for a week and we didn't see any benefit from the customer service. The worst airline company I know. If not such company would be better. I'd rather not travel like this.👎👎👎👎👎👎
