Out of all 28 episodes, Wheeler has won the dice roll 17 times (60.7%). Serge has won the roll 10 times (35.7%), and Nelson won the dice roll only 1 time in 4 appearances (3.6%).

Also fun fact, Wheeler had the longest streak of dice-wins in a row ( 7 times ) with Serge having a record streak of only 3 in a row.

Ok so I did the count, out of 27 matches Wheeler played on this series, including this one, Wheeler was on play 17 times, propability of him being on play at least that much is roughly 12.4 percent. Propability of Someone being on play at least 17out of 27 times is obviously double that so 24.8

Wheeler: This could go very poorly for you Serge: I think I'm gonna do it! Wheeler: ...Flash in a creature on end step, attack your planeswalker with these two creatures and take the initiative with this one. Serge: I feel good about my decision. It could still be the right decision, but it was very funny how that happened.

Yeah, Serge was pretty far behind so he probably had to go for the Hail Mary. If wheeler doesn’t have the flash threat, being able to either untap with Liliana or the initiative can help him get back in the game.

Let's do this... *sigh In Serge vs Wheeler (24 games), Wheeler has won the roll 14 times and won the game 15 times (only losing 3 times in games Wheeler won the roll). Serge is 10-9 (5 losses when he won the roll) The match that went to 5 games I have counted it as a bo3, if it was bo5, it'd be one more game for Wheeler. In Nelson vs Wheeler (3 games), Wheeler has won the roll 3 times and won the game twice. In Serge vs Nelson (1 game), Nelson has won the roll 1 time and Serge has won the only game.

Serge would have been alive still one more turn. Either he just takes one damage due to double blocks the Sky dude is at 3/2 and the Faeries 2x 1/1, so the Sky dude just tramples for one. Also the mana for equipping a creature was already paid and therefore Murktide couldn't be equipped. Serge should be able to be alive one more turn also, if the Sky dude didn't get equipped with 4 life (in his turn 2 ofc). At this board state it wouldn't have mattered but the rules need consistency :D.

It says “rather than pay this spell’s mana cost”, the entire cost, not just the X portion. You declare what X is before you pay the costs of a spell.

Why does flying men have fetchlands if there's only islands? I guess it thins the deck but that doesn't seem worth the life (or the time it takes to search and shuffle).

They don’t design mechanics with the idea that people will use every mechanic in history together. It was designed for a specific purpose and it did that well.

They design mostly for commander now, which does have every mechanic mashed together. And as for doing it well, I'd say it was the clunkiest double faced mechanic yet. Let's be honest, it was designed for Arena

The only cards designed for Commander are the splashy rares that were previously designed for casual multiplayer, as Commander became the standardized way of casual play. Most cards, commons and uncommons, are designed for Limited. As Maro has said repeatedly, most players don't follow strict formats.@@ILikePi31415926535

Don't "let's be honest" me just because you decided without any concrete proof. It's a paper mechanic, Alchemy already exists for "Arena only" mechanics. Daybound cares about the exact same conditions as the original Werewolf mechanic from over a decade ago, they just made it so that it's easier to determine each turn when the change happens rather than players being able to change sides on other players' turns.@@ILikePi31415926535
