Have you ever dreamed about flying over Las Vegas at Night?
On this flight in MSFS, our pilot will take us on a tour around Las Vegas, telling us stories about where it all started. We believe that he leaves some information to himself, you know what they say.
What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas.
Route String to be pasted directly into Navigraph Charts 8 to replicate the flight.

Hello! We are open to ideas and feedback regarding our videos. If you have something that you want to share, please write it! We read all comments. 😀

I tuned in for a flight simulator video, not a tour guide session. Don't over think your videos. People like to watch the gameplay itself and it does not require commentary, video cuts and much less a history lesson. This is why I moved on after leaving this comment. Hope this helps.

Great video. please consider more content like this! And while Las Vegas was a great choice, perhaps you could introduce less known places that are worth visiting in the simulator. Keep up the good work!

I'm pretty certain the CN Tower in Toronto is the tallest tower in the Western Hemisphere with a height of 1815 Ft

Hi Kevin, Can you please explain more about your thoughts about this video?
@kevincusack5671
@kevincusack5671 Год назад
@@Navigraphteam In the video, the narrator (who does a good job, barring the tower comment) states that the tower in the video is the tallest in the western hemisphere. I don't know what makes the tower unique (and the narrator doesn't give any explanation), but the CN Tower in Toronto is 553m tall - and at one time was the tallest free-standing structure in the world. Seattle's Space needle is 184m tall. The website for the stratosphere tower states: "The tallest freestanding observation tower in the United States, the structure reaches a height of 350 m (1,150 ft)." I see your response after Mike's acknowledged my (perhaps unnecessary) original comment. I was annoyed at the flippancy of Mike's response. Aeronautical information requires accuracy and folk who prepare videos for Navigraph should be accurate in their statements. It does reflect upon Navigraph. Like I stated above, the video was otherwise very well done. All of the other commentary was interesting, but getting the simple fact wrong places the veracity of the other commentary in doubt. Was the stock scenery used or was it payware scenery?

Thank you for explaining, it really helps us to improve our videos. We use FlyTampa Vegas in this flight. www.flytampa.org/klas.html

That's dam workers, not damn workers, as in "those damn(ed) workers won't get busy", damn it all, anyway, let's start over.

@Navigraphteam Год назад
Hi Brad, Thanks for your feedback, we have now changed the captions to dam workers.
@kevincusack5671
@kevincusack5671 Год назад
Good video. You should probably check your comment about the tallest tower in the western hemisphere, though. CN tower is (~)1700 feet tall. A mistake about something that simple puts doubt about the rest of the monologue.
@budguy21
@budguy21 Год назад

Yes sorry, it was the highest tower in the US. However CN is taller.

@@Navigraphteam I'm gonna be that guy... the new WTC building in Manhattan is 1776 ft high. Love the video, though! Honestly maybe focusing a bit more on the actual flying part in future ones. :)
@Navigraphteam
@Navigraphteam Год назад
@jmachee Thank you for the feedback. We will keep that in mind for the next video. :)
@kevincusack5671
@kevincusack5671 Год назад
@@jmachee The WTC building is not a tower, it's a building, unlike the Stratosphere Tower in Las Vegas, the Space needle in Seattle and the CN Tower in Toronto. If you search for the tallest structures in the world, a Wikipedia article comes up which goes into some of the uncertainties (who knew??). So I'll stick to whining about the "tallest ... in the western hemisphere". 😁 That's my last comment on this particular topic. Let's all go back to appreciating Navigraph videos.

its unnecessary hard to pilot in this game and no option for easier controls

Hi, this is not our area of expertise or support. But as fellow simmers we use MSFS on a regular bases. You can under options find realism setting both for controls and in -flight adjustments to make the sim easier to manage. We also recomend checking out this video from one of our ambassadors ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-A3p3KNBzn0Q.htmlsi=zLEPuEjWc1QBWbW1 Happy flying!

does this have a purpose? you dp nothing to illustrate how Navigraph contributed to this? As to the town, pretty hard to actually see anything. If Navigraph was involved, they should be ashamed,ed
@budguy21
@budguy21 Год назад
It was amazing. Showed how Navigraph could help create a custom course. The town was beautiful in all its night-time glory. You should be ashamed. Must be an Ex-plain fan boi.
@geofflawrence8995
@geofflawrence8995 Год назад
@@budguy21 so you think creating a custom course to sight see. - at night - with minimum detail in a fixed wing aircraft over a high density population is amazing? With minimal guidance on using this sw is useful for anyone other than sightseers and tourists (as opposed to more realistic needs of those truly interested in aviation) is amazing? Notwithstandingn the fact that virtually all air tours of the area are in chopper and not fixed wing says loads about your priorities and indicates that Navi has pegged their LCD audience on the head.
@Navigraphteam
@Navigraphteam Год назад
Hi Geoff, We created this video as a VFR basic tutorial, we will update the concept and we welcome feedback on how you think we can improve the concept. As we understand, you have difficulty seeing anything, is it because the resolution is low or because we show information too quickly?
@geofflawrence8995
@geofflawrence8995 Год назад
@@Navigraphteam my first issue is with the concept. And not having my hands on the actual program it is difficult to say how effective the tutorial is as a training tool. When your X Plane version comes out I may better be able to understand. The other is 'why would you want to make a plan to fly around a city at night in a moving fixed wing aircraft to sightsee?
@budguy21
@budguy21 Год назад
@@geofflawrence8995 As someone who is in Vegas once or twice a month, I'm very aware of the helicopter sightseeing tours. But thus is the beauty of flight simulation: the ability to do things that we cant do in the real world, like fly a C172 sightseeing through the LAS Class Bravo airspace. It seems your infatuation with XPlane is the real issue here: you are one of those guys that is mad at MSFS. Get used to it kid, XPlane is dead, XP12 will still be garbage, and MSFS is the future.
