@Bilal Khalid that wasnt the rev limiter. You can see it making the same noise while the revs are going up, can see it onnthe wheel as well. Whatever it was doesnt sound good. Almost reminds me of fuel starvation.

What i saw was compared to other drivers shifts when he was shifting his engine was either hitting the limiter...or far too under revved to shift.....i dont think its the PU, I strongly feel that its his driving dynamics that needs to improve.

@@nirmanagunasekara7993 watch the steering wheel, it still stuttering while the rev lights were goin up. And during turn 3 it was doin it a lot, which is a very high G corner. Couldve been fuel starvation.

@@MrDrBlahh as far as i know....the cars have a floating rev limiter that changes with the g-forces, (i could be wrong i haven't deeply researched this, this is based on some light reading), so when the car is under high g-force load the drivers usually keep the engines at high revs so that the torque of the engine will act as a gyroscope and help with the balance of the car, how ever the revs have to be high when entering the corner not after as it would the throw the car way off balance so if the sensors pick up on a g-force more than the threshold kept by the engineers the rev limiter is lowered to a certain limit to prevent the engine from unsettling the car with its torque while under load from g- forces. again don't quote me as i cannot confirm this, but looking at the other drivers who come initiate the corner on high revs, it certainly makes sense to me.

He's a seriously good driver. Thankfully all of the team bosses (the ones who matter at the races, not necessarily the owners) know he's doing an epic job under the circumstances. He hasn't bad-mouthed Williams that I've heard and is as cool as a cucumber. There are a number of drivers further up the grid whom he could replace and frankly who wouldn't be missed. I'll leave it to you to decide which ones, but try to be realistic! I'm hoping that Williams 2020 car will be a heap better so he can show how well he fights. It's going to take him longer to get up to the pointy end of the field, but he will get there. He's got championship potential.

Actually for a change that was a poor initial launch from Stroll, he didn't seem to get away nicely like he normally can. But since it's all bunched up to the turn 2, he didn't really lose anything as he didn't either get overtaken at the initial launch period.

Probably the first race since australia 2017 that stroll had a bad start... He is insane on the first lap!

No penalty is the right call too, give back the positions, mistakes should be something that can be made without penalty if the driver does what's necessary to fix them

BendtFender28 Any car that went 4 wheels beyond the brown curb of the LEFT HAND TURN are required to go through the return route, which MAG failed to do. Albon cut the RIGHT HAND TURN before that left hand turn, and didn’t go 4 wheels beyond the curb, therefore he didn’t need to go through the return route, only required to yield the advantage. Not saying it’s reasonable, but they aren’t even comparable.

Nope Sainz is more like Alonso Iin getting great starts. He always gets a great start consistently every race, unlike Perez who gets a good start and then the next week he loses 10 places off the line. Also Sainz is Spanish so it must be in Spaniard’s genes to get good starts.

Average driver. The best team mate he had was JB at McLaren, and couldn't beat Jenson, who aside of being a WC is another average driver. Perez even lost a couple of seasons to less than average drivers like KOB and HUL. Only not defeated by OCO (reserve driver) and Str-LOL (worst pay driver on the grid). In fact, if wasn't thanks to sponsorship he would be amongst all of the other "brilliant" drivers now at Formula-E.

Grosjean has had 43 DNFs in his F1 career, of which 20 has been crashes. So that's 20/43 = 46,5%. Compare that to a driver with almost the same amount of starts and who is never complained about or blamed for his crashes, Hulkenberg. It's a prime example and a relevant one because haters like to say how much better Hulkenberg is compared to Grosjean. Hulkenberg has had 33 DNFs of which 20 are crashes, so that is 60,6%. Do I really need to start comparing Grosjean to every other drivers with similar race starts? He obviously has had a huge amount of DNfs that were mechanical issues, 23 to be exact. People like you who spout pure bullsht and made up stats are disgusting. You have absolutely no respect for Grosjean. And like I said, it's your confirmation bias that makes you think he is somehow crashing all the time.

Actually to correct a bit, 2 of Grosjeans ''crashes'' were spun offs which lead to DNFs and it's arguable if those should be count as crashes, I did count them though, but worth to mention.
